Long story short: I have a time-sensitive event and called before ordering. I was told to not use the China option and pay $100+ more for USA production to guarantee delivery. Ok great!
I placed my order and was shown shipping options at checkout so I chose "Estimated Delivery Date: Thursday, Feb 13, 2020". This was weeks before my upcoming event.
I did not receive items and waited patiently assuming they were a little delayed but arriving soon. On Feb Feb18th, 5 days later I called to see the problem.
"No problem with your order" it is in production still with no ETA on delivery date. This is just standard practice for them and they claim the dates shown at checkout are not the actual delivery date. You're kidding, right?
"There must be something you can do to make this right I asked." No rush option, no cancelation option, no refund, no service. They make claims they have great service and offer 1 day overnight but it is all a scam to get you to buy and be at the mercy of whenever they feel like delivering your items.
I have filed a claim with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and will be sharing this experience everywhere I can so other customers do not get caught in their trap and pay for a service that they can't deliver on."

Due to the situations caused by the current epidemic in China, our factories in the USA are overwhelmed. This played a significant role to push back the estimated time-frames for all orders. This was an unforeseen setback and we humbly apologize for it. Furthermore, a deadline of 2/21 was stated on 2/19, at which time it was not possible for us to meet it.
