"I ordered 400 "Premium" Buttons and paid for both rush production and shipping. When preparing my event materials (i.e. pinning the buttons on lanyards), I discovered that nearly HALF of them will not open because the pins were bent/manufactured incorrectly.

I submitted a support ticket — including photographic evidence of the defects — and ONLY asked that the defective quantities be replaced. They refused saying I was out of their "7 day window."

Since the printing was OK, why would anyone think to pre-test 400 pins to see if they **actually** opened, since that is the product's ONLY advertised function?!

Basically this company is comfortable taking money for a product that cannot be used. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICES!
