"Awful experience - would give zero stars if possible. Placed an order of napkins (with two different logos) and koozies. First, I couldn't just put everything in my cart and then select a delivery date which made everything confusing and more expensive. The two sets of napkins shipped together but I was charged twice for delivery and received no refund. Second, I placed the order for the koozies and was ensured it would be delivered by a certain day - of course it wasn't delivered on time and we were not able to use them for the intended event. Instead of correcting any issues or complaints, all 24HourWristbands offered to do was refund me $7 for a $190 order and addressed no faults on their end.
If you need anything and time is sensitive, DO NOT USE 24HourWristbands. If you are expecting any customer service, also DO NOT USE 24HourWristbands. Joke of a business."

"I ordered some camo swirl wristbands and they weren't even close to a swirl. They were blocks. It was a tribute for my son passing so returning was out of the question. They gave me a 5% discount which i have still not received. They had also cancelled the first order i placed on account there were printing issues. Card was charged and 25 days later still haven't received that credit back to my card. Have a dispute filed with the card company. When i did call the customer service the first time the rep was literally drunk or high, when asked if i could record the conversation they refused. I wonder why. When asked to speak to the supervisor in charge, I was told "we dont have no supervisor here". Told her i don't talk jiberish and had to hang up. I can't believe how bad this company is. I am making a point to tell everybody i know or come across to stay clear of this company. I wish i could give them negative stars"
