"I ordered two Magellan Spacemouse (mice?) from 2BuyStore on 5/4/04. Starting in June I sent emails inquiring about the status of the order -- three total emails, the last one pleading for any indication as to whether they intend to ever fill the order. Absolutely no response. I never got anything besides a busy signal on the customer service phone line. On 7/13 (ten weeks after placement of order) I order the items from another firm, convinced that I'll never hear from 2BuyStore. Today, 7/19/04, I received the shipment from them -- and now have the second order to cancel.
They did deliver. If eleven weeks is acceptable for you, with no response from customer service -- the price is right, so go ahead."
"I've had excellent experiences with this store in the past. I've ordered a few things from them (each ordered at different dates): Macromedia Software, Brother laser printer, Wacom stylus, and Logitec speakers. This company gave me some of the lowest prices on the internet. Shipping was always very fast. Products arrived in good condition.
Oh... the exception was Macromedia Fireworks software. The box did not include the software CD! But i easily called tech support and they easily rectified the problem. I was not too dissappointed about that because i've have excellent experiences with them before that, so I let that one slide! :)
I am surprised about the low (ish) rating for this company. I'm guessing that most people who find the time to write a review are people who had bad service.
When i need to buy electronics/computer stuff online, 2buystore is one of the first places i check out first. Highly recommened for me!

"Stay away from these people. I ordered expensive software, which I did receive. I also ordered 5 backup tapes, but only received 4. It's very difficult to get through on their phone because it's busy all the time. Now, I'm getting the run around about the missing tape - have to contact warehouse, takes 3 days, blah blah. I'll end up buying it somewhere else and eating it since I like to treat my customers with respect. Just so everyone will know- These guys are what I call "Drop-shippers". They have an account with a large vendor like Ingram Micro, and pose themselves as a big company. You order something, they order from Ingram Micro, and drop ship to you. Lots of them out there, and many of them are unreliable."
"First purchase with these guys, and was a little nervous because of some of the posts. However, since they had the best price on this PDA case I wanted, I gave it a shot. Was a little nervous that the tracking info. never showed up on the website, but nevertheless the package arrived 5 days later in good shape. "Excellent experience with this vendor. This was the first time I've used them and I was a little concerned about the rating , but price and shipping costs were very great, so I gave them a try. Did not get shipping confirmation or tracking but received my order two days later. Have not charge my Credit card yet.I will order again."
"You be the judge (I'll be getting a real judge over this one). I placed an order for Dragon Naturally Speaking on a Saturday. I immediately found the software for $100.00 less (2 rebates) at Amazon. It was not even an hour after I placed the order that I sent TWO emails canceling. I also found out from my bank that the order was billed immediately. On Monday I called them to verbaly cancel and could not believe their rudeness! They still shipped the order on Monday (but did not tell me that). Now I have their CANCELED software and the same thing coming in from Amazon. I have sent more emails and they WILL NOT respond! We all have a legal right to cancel an order and I can see that I am going to have to exercise that right. By no response or communication, they are blatenly refusing an RMA---in other words---they are stealing my money. I have many more emails to write to various people and groups about this. The first to their State's Attorney General's office and then to various Internet consumer fraud agencys. Anyone ordering from 2BuyStore.com be warned. Just look at their ratings!"
"Ordered a Wacom Intuos pen ($50 item) from the company being they had the lowest price. Then they threw a fit over the shipping address (home) not being the same as the billing address (po box). Even when both are on record and verified at my credit card company.
They send 3 e-mails (all from different people) and keep telling me I needed to call them. Ah but they have no 1-800 number (so long distance charges) with the time shift from California to their location in Florida, they were always closed when I could call. Return mails saying clearly that both addresses were on record were not returned. Finally an email saying to cancel the order or ship it was also ignored (no reply) but they did ship the item after that. Fabolous_-_
I don't hold being worried about fraud against this company, but way it was handled, the lack of a 1-800 toll free number, the limited office hours making contact from California next to impossible, the multiple e-mails from different people who then never replyed back to my replys makes me think twice about ordering from them again."

"The ordering process went smoothly over the weekend. On Monday, I got an e-mail saying that they needed to confirm the shipping address. The shipping address is listed with my Credit Card company. I replied to the e-mail re-stating the shipping address. They then called me the next day saying they needed to confirm the shipping address. I called them back and gave it to them AGAIN... that makes 3 times now for those of you keeping score at home. I waited until the end of the week and looked on their website. It still said they were waiting for shipping address confirmation. I sent them another e-mail asking why it hadn't shipped yet. They replied that they needed to confirm the shipping address. I replied to their e-mail with the shipping address AGAIN... making it a total of 4 times I had to give them my shipping address. I told them they should upgrade the shipping since it was there fault that it was delayed... they didn't, nor did they respond to my e-mail with the shipping address for the 4th time. Their mistakes delayed delivery by a full week. I doubt I will be purchasing anything from them again."
"I ordered a digital camera and received a confirmation email immediately. Two days later, I received an email stating that the camera was on back order although their web site still indicated that the exactly same camera was "in stock" at slightly higher price than mine. I told them that I would wait a few more days. After four days, I received another email saying that my order had been shipped. I 100% trusted the email and ordered accessories for the specific camera from some other retailers. Two days later, some of accessories arrived but no tracking number from 2buystore. I sent three emails to them and figured out that my order actually had not been shipped yet. Again, their web site indicated that the exactly same camera was "in stock" at slightly higher price than mine – it was “backorder” status a few days ago. I sent them email again to ask explanation. They did not give me any reasonable explanation. Just repeatedly said that it was on back order. 10 days have passed since I placed my order but the camera has not been shipped yet. I have no idea what is going on. I will never buy from this retailer."
