"Never had any problems with this merchant; this is my third or so order in the last year and there was a minor problem with the shipping address vs. the billing address for the credit card. The address entered for the order matched the billing address for the credit card, but for some reason it wasn't going through. I received notification of this via email the same day I placed the order; I called and immediately got someone who checked and asked that I call the credit card company to verify. After calling and discovering what I already knew, that the address was correct, I called back and gave them the number for the credit card company (too late that day to call the credit card company back). I called back one day after placing the order and the order had shipped; they had called the credit card company and received approval already. My point isn't to complain, but instead to praise the people that answered the phone. They were very helpful and took care of everything. Not like a lot of online companies that have no customer service. I would definitely recommend this merchant."

"Order 7 print cartridges. Web site states order has shipped, gives tracking number. The order arrives and there are only 6 in the box and the packing slip shows only 6 as well. I go to call them as their web site states open until 6PM (NO 800#) but they close at 5 according to the phone message. I leave a message and also email them. Nobody gets back to me. Finally I call them. They tell me the missing part shipped from another warehouse and give me a new tracking number. I ask why it doesn't show on the web and they say because there is no room. Lame excuse. Customer service ignors emails and phone calls. Not worth the aggravation."
"Ordered a Viewsonic Monitor and Microtek Scanner. Items arrived lightning fast (2 days ground shipping). Scanner had something rattling around inside and didn't work right. I called support line. They had UPS pick it up the next day, and delivered the new scanner in about 1 1/2 weeks, which is what they had told me it would take for a replacement. The replacement was ok, but the box was damaged. Not sure if it is their shipping department or the UPS/FED EX (UPS delivered the first scanner, and FedEX the replacement). I haven't had problems with either shipper before with damaged goods."
"I purchased a HP Deskjet 1220c/ps from 2buystore.com on 9/24/02 and it arrived on 9/26/02!! The shipping cost was 3 times less than most other places; however, they did charge sales tax despite what the listing here stated. I never got a tracking number, but I did get a purchase confirmation e-mail within 5 minutes of order. The HP emblem on the printer is severely scuffed, so I am unsure if this is a used printer. Otherwise, the machine works great! It is very likely that I will buy from them again."
"2buystore.com was surprisingly prompt with their delivery. I'm not sure where they ship from, but I received my order, a printer, in Texas in five days, including the day I ordered and over the weekend (Friday thru Tuesday, to be exact). The packaging was not damaged and everything worked fine.
My Wells Fargo debit card did not pass confirmation, so a customer service representative called and asked if she could cancel my order and have me re-order using a different card. I had no problems with that whatsoever--it was just nice to have someone call personally instead of receiving an email.

"DISHONEST.
I ordered a $50 cable for my compaq notebook. After I got it I determined that I ordered the wrong one. I sent them an e-mail acknowledging my error, asking for return proceedure and restocking charges. No response. So I went to the site, found their phone number and also proceedures for Returns. I also found a disclaimer that certain manufacturers will not accept returns, IE Compaq, HP, ...etc. This worried me. But the immediately following sentence gave me some hope, "However, we will work with you, the customer, to ensure you are happy with your shopping experience with us."
So I called the support line, got Jessica, who asked for my invoice number and said she would request RMA and call me back in 20 minutes. She did, 20 min later to tell me that RMA had been denied and that I would have to call the manufacturer. She gave me the 800 number for Compaq. After talking with several people from them, they all said the same thing: you have to talk with the ones you bought it from.
So I called Jessica back and told them. Now she told me that "It says on our website we don't take back Compaq items". I agreed, it says that and asked her about the following sentence. She said they couldn't take it back.
Well, shame on me for not reading the fine print first. But a POLICY of no returns? Too bad it's not a real store where I might be able to physically return it myself--through their front window."

[March 2002]Ordered Macromedia Homesite and Dreamweaver from their web site. Both arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, I ordered the Mac version of Dreamweaver when I needed the PC version. The 2buystore website doesn't specify platforms clearly, and it didn't help that the macromedia web site doesn't list part numbers anywhere.
It took two days to get an RMA number. I didn't get any confirmation that the return had arrived, although when I called they were able to check. Then it took over a month to have the refund credited to my card.
They have good prices, and are
friendly when you call, but their
staff and systems seem a little behind the curve. Everytime I called I got the same person, perhaps she's the only one answering the phone. Caveat Emptor!
