"I recently purchased an ATV seat from 2wheelpros.com. The invoice showed a shipping charge of $6.95 on the invoice, after the transaction was complete.
13 minutes after completing the purchase I received an email stating the item was over-sized according to UPS shipping and additional shipping charges would be required before my purchase would ship. A link was provided, to authorize my credit card for the additional shipping charges. Below the link was a note that the new shipping costs were only an estimate of the actual shipping charges and that the estimate was based on previous shipping of this item, indicating the shipping could exceed this estimate.
The item ordered is less than 1/2 the size of UPS "over-sized" shipping. The seller misrepresents the shipping at the time of sale, and outright lies in their responses from customer service. Buyer beware on purchasing anything here. Buy it from a reputable seller. Don't be fooled by the Google Trusted Store, as Google makes it near impossible to report this type of seller, and obviously doesn't monitor their activities."

"I have ordered a lot of stuff via RevZilla and they didn't have a size I needed so I tried out 2wheelpros. Mistake. I found my item and bought it. Later they emailed me that it was a Closeout item and could not be returned - BUT I had read their policies and checked at the time it was purchased that I could return if needed. Getting notified after the fact, when it wasn't marked as Closeout when I bought it is ridiculous and poor customer service. I love RevZilla and learned my lesson. Stay with the company that treats you right. "

"I placed an order for Polaris part #2879338 which specifically claimed on their website to include tools 2-6,8, & 10. When the kit arrived, the only tool i really wanted/needed was the only tool not included (tool 8). Naturally, i called the company where i received help from a customer representative who informed me that my only option was to return the item because it was a MISPRINT ON THEIR END (how many companies demand their customer take the blame for something wrong on their end?). After asking to speak to her supervisor 6-7 times, finally she agreed to put me on hold. After over 15 minutes on hold, the supervisor picked up and after informing him that all I was asking for was the part I ordered, he began to raise his voice, told me numerous times to quit asking for a free part and wouldn't allow me to walk him through getting to the parts screen where i ordered the part from. After nearly 5 minutes of listening to "Alejandro" tell me I was wrong, that it wasn't listed in the ad (even though the earlier customer representative acknowledged that it was in fact listed), I was hung up on. So, I called back once and my phone number was ignored. I called again and the woman customer representative picked up, told me her supervisor was too busy to discuss the order, and would call me back when he had a chance. I told her I would wait on hold until he was available. Low and behold, within one minute "Alejandro" picked up, with his voice raised, and was clearly worked up because he knew they were in the wrong. This time, Alejandro was glad to look at the specific parts screen with me, but only because it had been edited to say that part number 8 was no longer included. After a few minutes more of me being told I was demanding a free part, I was hung up on for the second time. EASILY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. All i asked for was the parts I purchased, instead I received a return label and an earful proclaiming I'm demanding free stuff. All of this over a 20 dollar part. DISRESPECTFUL AND POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS MODEL.
In addition, after posting this review, 2wheelpros.com claimed to resellerratings.com that, in fact, I had never ordered anything and we had no contact whatsoever with one another. One can assume this was done in order to have this review removed. I submitted my receipt and proof of purchase in order to have the review republished. Again, what a joke of a "business". If Alejandro would have treated me like a customer, and not a cellmate, I'm sure this situation would have been resolved peacefully. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL ANYONE I RIDE WITH. I hope you forever enjoy hating your job Alejandro.
In response to your response, i never pushed the part of you sending a "free product" (as you claim), i pushed the part of your company having extremely poor customer service, funny how you can find the time to say I never ordered anything from you, yet also have the time to send a response once i made sure my review was republished. I take it now you remember doing business with me? I have already re ordered from another company and actually received what I paid for. $20 is petty..... the fact that you denied it ever being listed just long enough to edit your web page is really what made me realize the true integrity of your business. Nothing less than a scam."

"This is the first time I ordered from 2WheelPros but it won't be the last. You can not beat their prices and you certainly can't beat their super fast shipping. I bought a HJC c max ll snowmobile helmet with the electric shield and it came in a nice new clean shipping box , I was very impressed with that. I ordered from other companies and by the time I got my package it looked like they kicked it all the way to my house. Hats off to 2 WheelPros . Now I just have to wait for some snow so I can try out my new helmet. I am concerned about the electric shield working although there shouldn't be any reason it wouldn't . If you are thinking about ordering from this company don't hesitate for a second , it was a complete pleasure dealing with them from the min I placed my order to the time I got my package."
