"I will never give them my business again. I know every experience is different but I'll tell you about mine. I needed a 46 tooth 520 pitch sprocket for a Marchesini wheel. According to 2 wheel pros they had it in stock. I ordered it on Wednesday last week which should have put it at my door the next day since they are only 2 hours away from my house. It wasn't until Friday that I got a call saying "we are sorry but we don't have that sprocket" Right now the bike is my only transportation and I was a bit upset but I requested a 45 tooth sprocket since they told me they had it and I told them I needed it by Saturday. Again Friday to Saturday is only 1 day of shipping from a business that is 2 hours away from me. The order didn't get placed until Monday of this week and not only that but apparently it has to come from their warehouse in North Carolina (other side of the country) and it won't be on my door step until Wednesday according to the tracking system. For this much headache I would have been willing to travel over 3 hours to get the sprocket in my hand that very same day. Because of all this trouble I have now been without my bike for almost 5 days and the part wont get here until a full week after I ordered it. Again, I understand that stuff happens and this was most likely just human error however I am very discouraged from ever dealing with this place again.""

"I expected the worst! When a friend approached me and asked if I could help him order a wind screen for his 87' FZR1000, knew it would be another horrible ecommerce experience. The order was placed electronically and went fine but my friend was concerned. I didn't expect to find 2wheel pros contact information so easily. Then to find a real phone number that someone really answered 5:00pm pacific. The screen is on back order and will take 4-6 weeks. Of course not shipped, no tracking number... So I called back and again someone was available and provided the correct information. My point is this, My friend was of course disappointed their was no screen available, it was a great experience in regards to communication from 2wheelpros. Thanks. cant wait for the screen."
“Thank you for your comments. As you stated, this windscreen is a special order item (they are actually made to order by the manufacturer when special ordered by us). The manufacturer (Zero Gravity) usually gives us a 4-5 week window, but they usually do a lot better - looks like this was ordered on 6/27 and already shipped today on 7/7 (UPS 1ZX902780344407172) and scheduled to be delivered by 7/9. Hope your friend enjoys the windscreen!”

“Hi Oscar, we apologize for not having the item you ordered in stock. Unfortunately, unexpected fluctuations in our inventory occasionally happen, and that can add time to our original availability estimate.
However it looks like we did contact you within 24 hours (not 2 days as you mentioned), and let you know that the sprocket you ordered was out of stock. We did offer you several other options (other brands or sizes) or option to simply cancel the order. It looks like you chose a sprocket of a different size, which was not available in our California warehouse. We also shipped that sprocket to you via upgraded (at no additional charge to you) expedited 2-day shipping.
We understand that we did not meet your expectations and we apologize for that.
For anyone reading, we would like to say that we do NOT ship everything from our California warehouse. Its probably a good thing however, since the whole world doesn't reside in California, and would appreciate the faster delivery in other areas as well. We ship from the most efficient warehouse to get the product to our customers quicker whenever possible, based on availability of course. We also very often upgrade customer's shipping to a faster method whenever possible and needed.”
