"These guys know what they're doing: I ordered my EK mxkv 525 chain from them and asked for it to be cut to the factory spec of 102 links. I got an email back almost immediately asking about my front and rear sprocket sizes. They knew that the 102 length would only work if I also had the factory spec sprocket sizes. They double checked for the customer! Since cut chains can't be returned, they wanted to be sure it was right. Can't beat that service! Moreover, they got it out very quickly to me so that I was back on the road in no time. Kudos to them! "

It looks like due to the very large ATV (Polaris Sportsman) bodywork panels and several other large items on this order, additional freight fees had to be applied. An option was provided to cancel the order before it was processed or pay additional freight. We also advised that large items that have to ship freight, will take additional processing and shipping time.
It looks like you chose to pay the additional shipping costs and the order will ship in the time originally stated. Once the order ships the tracking number will be provided. Unfortunately due to the size of the products ordered, we cannot expedite the process.”
