I chose to wait to see if the Mfg would by chance ship the item out on the date I was given (as expected the item is still on back-order due to the reality that Mfg's rarely uphold the dates they give to their distributors/storefronts... I waited over 3 months for a pair of rear-sets from Vortex through a different re-seller so i know the deal).

Once I decided to downgrade to a different pack from Ogio, 2wheelpros.com customer service rep (Adam) was EXTREMELY responsive with any and all emails (He even replied back well after working hours to a few of them). Once I decided to get the smaller backpack Adam had it shipped out the evening that I emailed him my request and I received a shipping number and confirmation the very next morning (today)... the item arrived at my doorstep by 4pm which is less than 24 hours after I decided to have them ship me the different style pack!
