“Order was placed 4/18. Customer's payment method could not be validated, so follow up was required. Payment was processed on 4/19 and battery shipped on 4/19 AS PROMISED from an Oregon warehouse (this battery was not available in California). UPS tracking number is 1Z9470240351591858 which was delivered on 24th. Not sure why UPS took so long to deliver, but we unfortunately cannot control delays UPS has (which are rare). In most cases batteries are shipped the same day and delivered within 1-2 days to anywhere in the continental U.S. A myriad of great reviews prove that. Sorry it did not work out for you David.”
