"360 Pros has always been there for me when I needed them. They were able to fix the infamous red ring of death my xbox had about a year ago. They were very speedy and when I got my Xbox back it was working like a beauty. However, the last time I sent my xbox in they couldn't fix it. It was error code: E73 that toomk the life of my console. Although they could not fix my Xbox, I am still going to trust them when I recieve my brand new one. "

"I was nervous sending my XBOX360 in to 360Pros given that they clearly read the negative comments on this site, yet only respond to/dispute fewer than half of the concerns. This, to me, says the majority complaints are irrefutable, and indefensible.

However, I had been experiencing regular console crashes, to the point that gameplay was basically impossible. Ignoring my better judgment, and desperate to quickly resume playing video games, I sent my 360 in for repair. I mailed my console to 360Pros on 8/17, and they received it on 8/24. I received an email on 8/27 to notify me that they were repairing the console. Repairs were completed on 9/4 and I paid for UPS 3-day shipping in hopes of resuming game play as soon as possible.

I received the Xbox today (9/7), and within minutes of booting the console, it crashed, almost as if they had simply slapped a sticker on my console and just sent it back to me.

I have just sent an email to 360Pros with this complaint. I hope they either fix my Xbox or give me my money back.

"Clearly NOT concerned with customer service at all. Nothing but rude and uninformed customer service reps as well. I sent in my PS3 and had to wait about 2 weeks to even get a diagnosis. Then it took over 2 weeks to get it repaired and returned. Yes, that's a whole month of waiting for this repair. After that, it lasted about 3 weeks until I had to send it back to them since they did a half-ass fix the first time around. Did this 2 more times until they said it was unrepairable and REFUSED to give me a refund. Now I'm left with it being a huge paperweight and out $122."

"the internet page says that the cost of repair is 79.99 maximun and i was charged 86.99 + 22.00 shipping, the repair took almost a month (they say it take a few days)"

"VERY Poor service and dishonest. Required prepayment of $102.99 and failed to repair Xbox, sent unit in twice .... After they claim they repaired the unit the second time within 10 days we received the unit back and it still did not operate properly. We called them and they stated that for another $100 they would look at it again, 360 not so pros refused to refund our money."

"Very professional and willing to help you and answer any questions.
I definitely recommend their service. You don't pay for anything until you confirm you want the repair based on their free diagnostic (even if you ship you XBox 260, it's free).

Don't try to fix it yourself - it's not worth the headache. You can spend $70 + shipping costs and get your console fixed.

"my experience with xbox 360 pros,was absolutley horrible,I sent my xbox to them and it was taking almost a week ad a half,when I asked thm what was taking so long,I was told that my xbox,was fixed and undergoing stress testing,a few days later I asked again and was told that my xbox was undergoing further stress testing,when I finally recaived it back almost 3 weeks later,my xbox was in worse shape than what it originally was,not only did it still have the original problem,but also destroye my favorite game,now I have to deal with this company and see if they are as professional as they claim to be,and finf out if they are going to fix my xbox,and see if they are going to replace my game,well see,but overall,I feel they have been nothing short of dishonest,and totally unprofessional,if you need your xbox fixed,I suggest taking it somewhere else."

" Though our xbox was unrepairable, the 360 Pros gave us the alternatives of refunding cost of repairs or refurbished or new systems with the repair cost credited. You can't ask for better...Because of this, I will refer the 360 Pros to my friends.

"I live in montana and the turn around time was actually pretty quick. 360 Pros informed me when ever anything was being done. I will recommend 360 Pros to others that experienced what I did."
