"I placed my order online on 6/18/09 (paying $14.74 to ship it). I took my Xbox to the FedEx store and shipped it off the following day. On 6/23/09 I still had not heard from them so I sent an email asking the status of my order. I received a return email the same day saying they had gotten my ticket and to check the status I needed to log into a web site using a username and password they provided. The username and password wouldn't work. I sent them another email telling them of THAT problem and received another saying they'd just received the unit and would be getting back to me soon to let me know what they would be needing to do to repair my unit. They replied to me again that day saying that they would have to replace the DVD drive at a cost of $99.99 and that I would also have to pay $19.99 to ship the unit back after the repairs were made (why it cost more to send back than to them, I have no idea). Soon after, again on the same day, I received another email from them saying that they were unable to repair my unit and offered me to return my unit and refund me (minus shipping cost), sell me a refurbished unit at a discounted price, or keep my unit and refund my money (of course I'd still be out the $14.95 it cost me to ship it to them AND I'd be without an Xbox alltogether). They had also gotten the amount I had already paid them wrong in the last email, saying I'd paid them $89.99. I immediately replied, pointing out their error, and asked them some more questions concerning my order. I then waited 2 days with no reply. Sent them another email asking the same questions with no reply. Sent another again the next day. FINALLY, on the 1st of June, I called them. I was told that they couldn't see an reply to an email sent from that address and that it was required I call them to continue with my order. I pointed out that nowhere in their last email was that stated. I then asked the questions that I'd asked in my email, one of them being will the 'refurbished unit' be the equivalent of the unit I sent them. I was told yes, but they didn't have any of those units at the moment and they'd get some in "soon". I asked what "soon" meant and I was told "sometime around the end of next week". As I told the person I talked to there, I'd already dove off into this about $120, I might as well go ahead and get the refurbished unit, which is costing me another $49.99. So I'm looking at a cost of $185 to get a "refurbished" unit with only a 90 day warranty. If I'd known then what I know now, I'd just have spent a little extra and gone to Wal-Mart and bought me a complete new system with a complete one year warranty. I'm not very happy at the moment. Let's hope that changes when they send me my "refurbished" unit.

Second day after speaking with them one the phone and still haven't received an email with the new invoice for me to finish my transaction. Still not looking good."
"These guy's are fantastic, the web site is easy to use, quick service, and they don't care if the box was already opened. I never go out of my way to write a review, but these guy's are worth it. My box was totally dead and came back fast and in perfect condition."
