"Bought a wireless headset, clearly faulty, sent it back for "testing" and their "skilled" technicians could not replicate the fault. All this involves is, tilting your head whilst there is sound playing and the headset cuts out. They are now returning the faulty item to me and charging me for postage. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!"
