"Sorry to have to say that my everyday glasses from 39dollarglasses.com didn't measure up. They kept falling off of my face even after repeated adjustments following the instructions on their YouTube video.

The return process was very easy. Just call them and they will email you a RMN (Return Merchandise Number) and a prepaid return address label that you can print out. Pop your glasses into a padded envelope, attach the label and send them off.

I have to say, though, that the sunglasses I ordered were perfect in every way! I will order sunglasses from them again.
All in all, it was an okay experience. I'd recommend them to my friends... with a caveat or two.
