I'd prefer frames that look classy rather than made from stuff laying around. Dont mean to sound snarky. You asked. The lenses and the technical stuff were spot on, though."

"I reordered a frame and lens combination that I had ordered four times previously over the last five years from 39Dollar Glasses. It took a total of 6 1/2 weeks to receive my glasses this time. I called once to talk to customer service and got little information - only that my order had failed QC and they were starting over - no time estimate. I sent an email inquiry to customer service and received a lengthy answer which basically said the frame and lens combination I had ordered was a bad one and the website shouldn't have let me order it - again no promise of the time to fulfill my order. I had successfully ordered this exact package with only minor prescription changes four times before with complete success. I don't know what's going on with 39Dollar Glasses. I've been completely satisfied until now. Their explanation doesn't make sense and I don't think I got the whole story factoring in my success with previous almost identical orders. When I finally got my glasses, they are fine. I had accidentally broken my last pair of glasses so I really needed these in the one to two weeks that my previous orders were fulfilled. I don't know if I will ever order again from 39Dollar Glasses considering the very excessive time it took to fulfill my order this time. Of course they charged my credit card for the full amount on the day of the order. "
