"It took 20 days from the time I submitted the prescription in their website to the date I actually received my glasses. I received the glasses on 9/8/2015.
Customer service response was fair. The quality of the product is below average for the price I paid. There are better quality reading lenses and frames (Foster Grant) in big box stores for less than $10.00. The price advertised for the same lenses and frame doubles at checkout when the prescription is submitted. 39 dollar glasses sugar coated with pricing the glasses with an inflated price value to create the illusion that you are getting a high quality item at a major discount.
