"I had an experience of the worst kind with 3b tech. I ordered a motherboard (refurbished) at a great price. It got here in fairly good time, but that is when the trouble started. Motherboard does not work. Tried everything, and no dice. Here is where 3btech totally failed me. I wrote 3 times to 3b tech to obtain an RMA number, and guess how many times they responded. ZERO. These jerks just totally ignored all the RMA requests which come from the RMA form on their website. I'd stick with newegg or a company that actually takes care of you if there is a problem. 3btech sucks and will not do that. Now I'm out the cost of the motherboard, and have an expensive paper weight! I ended up ordering another motherboard from newegg which works great.
**UPDATE 1/13/2012 - 3btech contacted me after seeing the negative feedback. I told them I MAY have deleted the RMA message from my spam folder (which I often check for this specific reason). I did, however, issue 3 RMA requests via their website, and the last two stated that I had not heard back from them and I wanted to send back the motherboard, and apparently my other RMA requests were ignored, as 3btech admitted to me that they only sent out one reply. At least now, I am able to send the board back. I will update this accordingly once I receive my refund."
