It's certainly true, and is no fault of 3B Tech, that you can get a bad part. I've been building computers both personally and professionally since 1992. This happens. And I will certainly update the folks here on how the RMA process goes so they can have a glimpse in to what may happen in the unlikely event they might receive a bad part on what they may expect. The process I spoke of above is simply the fact that you shop around for these older, non-cutting edge pieces and they are all dirt, dirt cheap so you say, "OK .. 3B Tech is the cheapest." So, you buy it there. And I was simply expressing my experience at this company because these resellerratings.com fellas ask me to. If I was building a $4000 super computer, shipping it back to them is truly no big deal. For a dirt cheap motherboard from 2005? Yeah .. it gets to be pretty pricey on the whole to pay to ship a medium size box back to them. Like I said, I'll update here on how the RMA process goes. It seems like these are probably pretty good people. I don't really know, though. I'm just telling you what my experience was buying from them.
