"Paid to have it shipped UPS to me doesn't mean have it sent UPS to some location then sent via USPS
I hate the USPS which is why i paid the additional 3.99 to have it sent via UPS.
Your note on the package was directed to UPS to send it via USPS and then to me. This kind of deception for shipping doesn't go well for customers and you should tell them up front. If i had known you were going to use the USPS in the end i wouldn't have paid you 3.99 and probably not orderd it. Not to mention the fact that it took over a week . your order date says 10.21 but i have correspondence of 10.20 from you at 1am in the morning saying you received the order. so i can assume 10.21 was when you decided to work it. I probably could have given you 2 or 3 stars if you wouldn't have used the usps when i paid 3.99 to have it ups (to which i had no clue you would send it someplace else first ups then send it usps)

"I would not buy from them again. I ordered a refurbished motherboard and when I recieved it it was unusable. There where pins pulled out of the motherboard that where needed to make it operational. I called on Saturday and left a message.....I called again on tuesday and was told I needed to fill out their online form so they could allow me to return the junk motherboard. I asked how, because my computer is non-operational because of the need to replace the motherboard. I was then diconnected. I had my computer tech call back and found that I had to pay to ship the junk motherboard back so they could inspect it before they will send out a replacement. My tech said he was very happy with their service in the past.........My first experience is not good at all. I am still waiting for a replcement motherboard. I would not recommend them to anyone."
