"It's so easy to place an order. Transaction went through without any problems. I received the item quickly but I have not yet tested it because I am waiting for the other parts to assemble my system. Item was well packed so I would say, so far, I am very pleased. Hopefully I won't have to retract this later when I get to actually test the item.

"Customer service was fantastic! Their computer system let me order a part that was actually not in stock. When they could not fill my order, they called me the next day to apologize for the delay and gave me some options to either wait one more day for the part to be restocked, or to change my order to a similar part. I elected to wait for the original, so they upgraded my shipping for free and I had my part just as fast as if there were no delay. Will most certainly be ordering from 3B Tech again! A++"

"The product arrived when scheduled. I ordered a replacement toner cartridge with chip for an HP printer. I was disappointed that the box did not indicate whether the chip was included, so I had to open all the packaging to visually inspect it. The chip was there, but I would have preferred not to open the toner package until my current toner was completely expired. Also, there were so many warnings in the print-out accompanying the toner (reasons why the toner might fail) that I feel sorry I purchased it. It makes me wonder if the product is sub-standard, else why all the warnings? I only hope it performs well. My earlier toner (from a different vendor and manufacturer) performed perfectly."
