"Motherboard was backordered, received phone call with new delivery date. +1
Motherboard arrived with dead PCI-E sockets.
Tech support and RMA procedure pending. (emailed on weekend) Expect more of the same great service I've had in past.
A little disappointed in having to wait two extra days, but phone call made that a wash.
*Update*
I spoke with Nick the tech about my issues, and an understanding was reached about further testing of other components when I returned the motherboard for replacement. Nick offered to bench check my motherboard, CPU and memory and assured me that it would work when I received them back. True to his word, it all works and I got it back in 5 days from sending it off. 2day transit, 1 day receiving to tech, repackage and another 2 day transit.
Overall extremely satisfied with my treatment, in spite of a delay after the order was placed and then having a bad board, these folks have reinforced their claim and commitment to customer service. While they had a delayed shipment from a manufacturer, they took time to call and inform me of the delay. Once I had an issue, Every effort was made to resolve it via phone. Once that was exhausted there was the painless RMA process and I returned the item under warranty and the other components and they were verified working before they were shipped out.
No doubt, these folks have class and bragging rights!
It had been several years between orders prior to this, I've tried a few other online retailers in between, not one has been as courteous during a problem. I will most definitely recommend them, and use again.

"Never had a problem in several orders until this one. I received two DOA drives and they expect me to pay for the shipping back to them. Disappointing.

Update: These are 2TB drives I tried using under Win7 on a machine with the same model as well as on a newer unit. These drives fail at the BIOS level as well as in a USB dock I have. I'm experienced and these were definitely both DOA. That's not as big of a problem as the fact that they will not pay for shipping back for replacement. On top of that they are now taking well over the 24 hour response time they say is typical to get back to me on the request to pay for the shipping for this RMA. Fortunatley, though, WD is backing these drives and I only have to pay $6 for shipping for a replacement through them. 3B Tech is also unwilling to reimburse me that amount, too. I can get this resolved for relatively little cost, but the principle of not paying for return shipping on DOA products is going to make me avoid buying from them in the future.

Update #2: (First update was to respond to 3B Tech saying that the drives were special larger drives that could not be used in some systems) Please know that I emailed the RMA department on 7/21 (after several phone calls) and it is now 7/27 and I still have not heard back from them. This is very different from their target 24 hour response time. I also at no point was told I could have a label but would be charged the shipping if it was found to be not defective. Their policy states that a restocking fee could be charged, but they seem to continue to not want to pay for the shipping back to them for my DOA products. Again, disappointing.

Advice to buyers: When checking other vendors, consider their DOA policy. Newegg, for instance, did not charge me even the one time when it was a 3TB drive I could not get to work with one of my systems.

"The email flyer had a typo in reference to the amount of ram the laptop came with (said 4gb's but actually came with 3gb's) and this is not the 1st time this has happened. The items I ordered were shipped out promptly and received in a timely manner. The laptop was all that I expected. Sleek, light weight and very stylish. The laptop carry bag is sturdy looking and has more pockets/compartments than I expected. The only real issue I have with the order was the lack of written documentation. Being new to laptops, it took me a couple days to find out there is a button to turn on wireless access and the webcam. So there was some frustration getting those to work. "
