Item was shipped in a box of styrofoam peanuts, but peanuts were not evenly distributed around the items. Main item was up against the inside of the box on two of its sides, meaning blows to the outer box weren't buffered. So the styrofoam peanuts only served to fill the empty space in the box so that it didn't shift inside the box.

When I took the computer out of its box, noticed a piece floating freely inside the case. Looking through the clear side, saw that it was an easy-install rail. Saw then that the storage hard drive was missing this rail on one side and that the hard disk drive itself was bouncing around inside the case instead of being attached firmly inside. Had to open the case and attach the 2nd rail myself. Thankfully, haven't noticed any issues relating to that."

"Products arrived poorly packaged. 2 bare hard drives stacked together in a tyvek envelope which was inside packing material in a box. The drives survived the shipping, though, and everything works."

There were some issues with the OS out of the box that I had to fix, mostly thanks to Microsoft. The only system setup task not done out of the box was that the 1TB drive was not formatted and active. Nothing especially difficult to handle for most PC users.

All the hardware is good and working well. System is very fast to load with that SSD for the OS."
