They have been in contact with me over an issue with a very greedy company (I'd like to withhold their name for now) who refuses to allow them to sell at their excellent prices, causing delays in shipping. The fact that I was contacted immediately and had a full and complete write up of what is happening and why and they reached out to me before I needed to reach out to them to question anything makes them a 5 Star company, for sure! They are standing their ground in holding their good prices for the customers in this battle and I'd bet they have to do this often, thanks to the companies who don't care if we can afford their products or not and just slap a huge price tag on it and demand it be paid. 3FVape wants everyone to have access to the latest and coolest gear at very affordable prices!

"I ordered two rdas from 3FVAPE. I did not buy authentic and bought "styled" or cloned, they were very well made and I've been using them daily. They have held up very well over the past few weeks. The prices are amazing! Shipping was very fast to Canada (two weeks from order date). I keep checking back to see what new products have been listed as they seem to list a lot new ones daily. "I can not speak highly enough about 3FVape.
They are half a world away and yet through email, their customer service made it seem like we were face to face and that I was the only customer they were dealing with at the time.
That is not to say I had any problems at all with any of my orders though. There were some changes I had realized I wanted to make after completing the checkout process and thinking about the order again after it had already been confirmed.
Nina, the person in their customer support group who replied to my requests laid out my options clearly and easily and even my wanting to change my order did not delay its sending day at all which was slated to be the very day 3FVape had received my request to change my order!
There are too many E-Tailers in my own country that I do not get that high of a level of support from let alone a in country half way around the world.
UPDATE : I thought I had made a mistake by choosing the Chinese EMS mail service for shipping but as it turns out, that was my best choice! I received my order within a week using the EMS service while I will just today receive an order from a different company two weeks later using USPS as the carrier.
Also, due to my own error, I damaged two items in the order and Nina and 3FVape have been going far out of their way trying to source replacement parts for me. They make it feel like making me happy is their primary concern as opposed to my just being someone with a credit card. More and more I am convinced that even if another E-Tailer offers something I want at a lower price, I'd be far ahead to go to 3FVape because they've proven they know how to take care of their customers!"

"Poor quality and even dangerous products. Replacement rdna40 box I was sent short circuited and almost exploded my battery. The previous one broke down from the charging port. This advertised temperature controlled device did not have TC, it failed to work sometimes and the paint quality is poor.
But you will get your product fairly fast, if that even matters since it will break down."
"I had a problem with their VF 40W with USB charging port clone I bought from 3FVape. The 510 connector was faulty. I was offered to send the mod, and I just wasn't happy with the solution they offered me, which was to have to wait a month for the whole roundtrip, so I decided to pry it open and fix it myself.
Once opened I quickly noticed there was a problem with the connector solder, so I had to buy a Fatdaddy Vapes 510 connector and solder it myself, spending roughly $10 for the part itself and also while repairing it, I threaded one of the screws from the top lid while fixing this.
The thing is, they have been nice enough , even though I didn't settle for their solution because all I wanted was my temperature control mod to function, they paid me half of the repairs in a coupon rebate for $5 and sent me in my next order a full set of screws so I could repair my device like it was new. Nina from support made this possible, and I am thankful.
I wish more online shops would take the effort to accommodate costumers and go that extra mile when there's a problem, even if I didn't want to take their initial solution and wanted to fix it myself."

Need to give estimated shipping times and post your product warranty.
As we all know,purchasing from China saves us $, but takes time for transit.Nothing worse that paying for an item and not receive information about said purchase. For me Nina has filled that gap and made buying from 3FVape a better experience.

"No customer service at all. Ordered 130 dollars worth of items paid for express shipping on 7/20 its now 8/3 and they still have my money with no word on what is taking so long. 2 emails to customer service a week apart, with no reply.
May have to do a charge-back for item not received.
Do not buy from this company, they are another Slow-tech clone in a different mask.
