"Maybe this is a isolated incident. Bought a rDNA clone from them. It was poorly made and non functional. Temp control didn't work, charging light was always on, and gaps everywhere. They said they tested the product before shipment and it was top quality. They were sadly mistaken. (they even admitted at a later time to other customers that they messed up)
Started the return process, but they wanted me to ship back to China at the LOWEST shipping cost, they will not reimburse you for anything over $16. (Which means no tracking) The next lowest option with tracking was $45 and they repeatly said they WILL NOT reimburse for that amount.
So I send it off using the lowest amount. No tracking. Weeks go by, no answer. I asked if they received the item and they said NO. and to wait longer. Wait about 2 more weeks, still they answer NO. By now I know that I have been doped out of my money. All customer service can provide is to "wait" until they receive the package. It been over 3 months with no results. PayPal won't help. So I am out of $100 and 3fvape gets to keep their janky product. I will never shop here again.
They will no post my review about the product, ive tried several times. They deleted all negative comments from their facebook page. Buyer Beware.

Thanks for the reply, I will wait for your company to reach out to me to find a solution. I don't know how it was a misunderstanding with my intent to return the defective item. From the very beginning of our email threads, I listed off the problems with the item and I continued to do so in the later emails in hopes that someone would understand. Maybe it was a language barrier, but taking close to 4 months for the company to realize it was a misunderstanding on their part is not acceptable. I will not be holding my breath on a response.
**UPDATE 2**
3fvape contacted me offering a 70% refund on the item. After so many months of dealing with different people, I agreed. I told them that the item was $84.99 and shipping was $16.49. But I will take $70 which is less than 70%. THEN the language barrier happened again. In the email response they wanted to only give me 70% of $84.99 because they read that I paid $100 for shipping alone! Really guys?! If I paid $100 on shipping alone, you think we would be in this situation right now. AND why would I pay more shipping than then the cost of the item itself. Still waiting on a reasonable solution. So far my rating is still true for this company.
**FINAL UPDATE**
After close to 4 months of back and forth with the company, Jessica from client services finally stepped in and reviewed my case. She found all the errors and miscommunication that was happening and decided to refund my money and shipping. I am glad this finally got resolved, even though it took an extended time period. They did return the money as a Paypal payment and I was hit with PayPal fees, But after so long, I am not going to sweat over the little stuff. Rating has been updated. Thanks."

This was my third order from this company. Every item ordered was exactly as per the description. I am most satisfied with all of them.
After I placed the order, I contacted Nina and changed the shipping method from Postal to Courier. This followed our local Postal Service going on Strike. Nina accommodated my request without any problems. She got me 3-quotes from which I could choose and shipped the items quickly. I live in Africa and got my parcel on day-3.
In one instance an item I ordered was upgraded by 3FVape, to an improved item, at no additional cost.
The packing for the shipment was good and there were no squashed units in the box. Nina always responded very quickly and courteously to any question I had.
What I really like about this online shop is that they do not mislead the buyer by taking orders and then the buyer waits until the item is in stock. (Like some other online shops) 3FVape will clearly state "Pre-Order" or "Sold Out" when the item is not in stock.
