I had an issue with the shipping of a product and I addressed it using the feedback system on Amazon.
Ryan, of 3 Kings Audio actually read the feedback and saw that I was not happy about the packaging of my shipment and asked if I would like to receive a discount on my shipment. He processed a partial refund and I got a heck of deal on a WONDERFUL head unit.
Ryan also let me know that I am entitled to a full one year warranty on the head unit too.

"This is a great etailer as long as nothing goes wrong. recieved a defective unit right out of the box. I contacted them and asked if it was ok just to send the main unit back not all the accessories (as they were already installed. They said that would be fine. I had to pay for return shipping only for them to tell me this item is no longer in stock. My two choices are "wait to see if it comes back in stock" or return the rest of the accessories for a refund. The later means ANOTHER shipping charge for me. My son also ordered from them and had a very similar problem, their low prices are why I bought from them but in the end I will pay more then if I went to a REAL Etailer.
