I wanted to say I jumped to conclusions before I spoke with anyone, David Anderson the owner finally called me and told me what the problem was,we figured it out and he took it further by updating the shipping to get it to me faster and he also gave me an updated product free of charge, I would definetly recommend 3 kings audio to all my friends, Davind was very sweet and very helpful. There is no way I should have wrote a poor review without speaking directly to them first, all in all they get a 5 star rating from me.

"The 5 star rating is a joke - They just slapped the label directly on the 'box' of the merchandise - nothing at all to protect it from damage - YES - this WAS electronics and they should know better. To make matters worse, when you try to contact them during BUSINESS hours, you get a voice mail----ALWAYS. When you try to return an item, you get YELLING e-mails as if they're speaking to a child. I have to tell you, I don't feel like a 'valued' customer with them---who spent almost $100.00 in my money to assist in keeping them in business. I'll remember next time to give my money to a company that can 'appreciate' that. This is the WORST company that I have ever dealt with and they WILL be overlooked next time I need to buy something. I would give them 0 stars but this site doesn't allow, so they're getting 1 - They don't even deserve that. Then, they had the audacity to ask me to 'remove' negative feedback that I made about them on another site for a 'compensated offer'....blackmail? yes, I would call it that ---if that's what they're doing to try to keep their ratings at 5 stars.


UPDATE- (7/26/2012) - His rep at the company stated they ship like this ALL the time, so appparently there is no 'fullfillment center' that made a 'mistake'. This is how they ship. By slapping a label on the merchandise box. Secondly, when his rep called, all he did was argue, similar to when the owner spoke to me today - talked over me and argued. They did nothing to make anything 'right'. They just seem 'angry' that someone returned something and left negative seller feedback, so the phone call to 'make things right' got me nothing but them 'talking over me and arguing' when they did speak to me this morning. (7/26/2012). Thirdly, there 'was' no advance refund'. I had to open up a claim to get my funds back and it was only issued 'fast' because they wanted their negative seller feedback removed 'fast'. This had absolutely nothing to do with them caring about the 'customer'. It was about them concerned about their feedback.What a draining experience this has been. PASS on this seller. It's so not worth the hassle. Don't believe anything this seller states on here. Everything that they 'want' you to believe is what they write. Mr. David Anderson was rude, nasty and childish just like his rep was and THAT is why they were hung up on ----again. No customer should have to deal with that, including myself. THEY call MY HOME acting like 2 year olds then yes, I absolutely hang up on anyone that calls me acting like that. No apologies here. I did it with them and would do it again, because they are so unbelievably rude. Any Seller that has THIS MUCH free time on their hands to actually follow a customer's reviews from one site to another site, just to 'get the last word'...so to speak----that alone speaks volumes. It's pathetic. He managed to even try to use this negative rating to try to plump up his sales and make him look bigger and better than what they really are. 99%? HA! yeah--I guess so, since you make it a point to blackmail your customers asking them to remove any negative feedback about you. How sad. Currently, I have filed an investigation with against them for harassment and yes, ladies and gentlemen, 3 Kings Audio was notified to cease communication with me and of course, you can see, they're not. They're still at their childish behavior. This was simply a transaction made on Amazon through this seller where I was unhappy, wanted to return for a refund that has spiraled out of control with 3 Kings Audio and his gigantic ego because he can't deal with negative reviews, feedback and returns. When you have a moment, go to their site and read another dissattisfied customers review and they refused to remove theirs also just like me! I have filed an investigation against this seller that is currently filed, open and pending. I am removing and retracting nothing despite 3 Kings Audio 'begging' me to do so. Now...let's sit back and watch his childish behavior continue, shall we? it's quite funny to watch..... that he has this much free time on his hands....as a so-called 'thriving' business. Trust me, ladies and gents, there are sellers with 100% ratings on there with 0 complaints who are not 'harassing' their customers and dealing professionally in their contacts and transactions. In spite of what 'they' would have you to believe,3 Kings Audio does 'not' top the list. As I told this seller, people return merchandise all the time and leave negative seller feedback regarding 'their' experiences. GET OVER IT AND MOVE ON. This company is so silly and ridiculous and absolutely 'obsessed' with following customers around to every site to harass them to no end. And--to prove just how childish he is, I'll be the mature one and back down from responding to his continuous 'antics'...David, carry on in talking -----to yourself. It's obvious you want the 'last word' and apparently losing $80.00 is a big blow to your business, so you want to continue 'bickering' because you lost some money on a return...as the OWNER, it's so unprofessional...I leave an update, he leaves an update...I say something....he says something...elementary school behavior....from the OWNER...omg....you can continue playing in the sandbox and throwing sand------by yourself. carry on......

" 3 kings audio has some great prices on products. The are definatly worth taking a look at before purchasing from anyone else. When I have purchased from them, my product has always came fast and the product has always been in stock. Some online sellers will say they have the product but after you give them you money they will tell you it is on back order or etc. and you will have to wait till they get it in, I have not ever had this problem with 3 kings audio. You can usually expect to save 20-50% off retail when you buy from them, it's typically more like 50%. Another good thing about 3 kings audio is that they have a 30 return policy if your not satified with your product for any reason. A lot of other internet based sellers do not provide a return policy unless the item is defective.
Don't listen to car audio and electronic retailers when they tell you that if you buy from internet retailer your product won't have any warranty, This is not true. You can Buy a 3 year warranty from square trade online for any product you purchase. Square trade has a great warranty and it will typically cost much less than any extended warranty you purchased from a retail store. Don't hesitate to buy from 3 kings audio you will save BIG MONEY on the same exact product, it would literally be foolish not to. Seann,

"Awesome Customer Service!! I ordered a Jensen VM9424BT from 3 Kings and David made sure it got here by Christmas and made sure I had all the necessary installation items as well. The Jlink cable was not the right one, but with one email, David had the right one to me the next day at no charge!

Awesome product, fast shipping and one of the best customer service experiences ever! I highly recommend 3 Kings Audio.
