"Shame on me for not reading the customer reviews before placing my order! After the initial tracking update there was nothing posted for days. I have made several phone calls and sent a couple e-mails and still have no information on when or IF I will ever receive my 4 hybrid. I will never place an order with them again!!!!"
"I purchased a used golf club and because I did not like it, I returned it without ever having used it. I obtained a return authorization from them and immediately returned the club. I did not see the return anywhere on their web site so approximately two weeks after I sent it, I contacted them. they got back to me and said they did receive the club but they were running behind on returns. I waited another week and a half , sent another email, and once again they advised someone would get back to me. Never happened.
I sent another another email and, once again, they send me an email stating they would get back to me. Never happened. I had no alternative but to contact AMEX to file a dispute with the charge.
Something is definitely not going right for this seller."

"I have placed three orders with 3Balls. All have gone extremely well.
First off, the website is very user friendly. Easy to narrow down what you are looking for. The prices are great. Better than what you can find on Ebay. This last order, I mistakenly chose the wrong dexterity. I realized that after I saw the order confirmation. I called and they immediately switched out the order for the correct dexterity. A bit later they emailed me to inform me that one of the items was out of stock. I called back and they upgraded the product to a more expensive item at no additional charge.
Very impressed with the products, prices and service."
"Don't waste your time or money I bought a TaylorMade R15 driver when I finally got it I hit four balls and the shaft broke called 3ball they said they would look in the back and see if they had another shaft and call me back didn't hear from them for a week I called back they said it was on its way I finally got it took it to the range hit about 20 balls and that one broke called them back they said they would try to find another shaft haven't heard from them over a week now they've never said sorry this is the worst customer service I've ever seen and their equipment is trash I will never buy anything from them again this is how they treat their customers spend the extra $20 and go to Rock Bottom or Budget Golf somebody that actually cares about what they sell and their customers if I could rate them any lower I would but one star is all they will let you give and they never gave me a order number to track any of it if you want to make this right my email is ****@**** "
"Bought a set of Cobra XL Baffler irons from EBay from them and after 3 days called and wondered when they would be shipped. Well I paid and now they said they are damaged. Have to wait 3 days for refund and customer service had no idea about them on EBay. I wonder if you get a good deal if this is there policy. Damaged clubs they say and this way they do not sell them. Poor customer service. Buyer Beware."
"Had heard good things about 3balls from friends and family members. Also found their website quite good and easy to use.
I found a set of used clubs on the site, went through the checkout and entered payment details - so far so good. Was quite excited to be getting some golf club upgrades for my birthday!
A few days later, I received and email from an email address which didn't seem related to 3balls asking for "additional identification" to be faxed to a US fax number given I was using a foreign credit card. This seemed strange for a few reasons - including the request to "fax" the information through even though fax machines are almost non-existent in 2016 (a customer service rep subsequently advised via email that I could send the documents as an email attachment). I've also never experienced issues buying online before with a standard (non-US) Visa card and there was nothing on the 3balls website about extra ID requirements. Also, strangely, after logging in to my bank website, I noticed a purchase authorisation for the purchase amount already debited. It took a while to gather the requested information and I reluctantly sent it because it included things like copies of a driver's license and bank statement, presumably to match the address to the credit card. I was especially reluctant because these documents could create a risk of identity theft in the wrong hands.
After sending the requested documents through back to the same person who had advised it was OK to email them, I waited a few days and heard nothing. I then received a template email from another non-3balls email address saying I hadn't provided the required information and the order would be cancelled if I didn't provide it. I emailed back, attaching copies again and requesting a reply to confirm if the information was satisfactory. Heard nothing for about 1 week.
I then emailed the general customer service email address asking what had happened to the order and to please confirm if it had been cancelled. Again heard nothing back for 2 days. After this time I logged in to check the order tracking on the site and found it had a status of "cancelled". Also checked my bank statement to see the purchase authorisation had been taken off. By this time I had received zero replies about the information I had already provided, only the initial email saying I could email it instead of faxing. I then sent a final email making clear that I no longer wanted to proceed with the purchase and attaching a screenshot of the "cancelled" order status which I had to go digging to find on the website.
Very disappointed with the overall experience. To this day I have no idea why the order was cancelled. From further reading on the website, I later learned too that I could have used PayPal as a payment method which might have avoided all the hassle.
Happily I found a better and cheaper set of clubs elsewhere online with a seller who actually responded to communications. I wouldn't recommend this site for non-US customers or anyone who expects basic levels of customer service."
"Ordered a set of M2 irons - indicated on web-site they'd be shipped in 3-4 days. They immediately charged my credit card the $1,000 including expedited shipping which I selected. A week later still no clubs, no indication they'd been shipped, nothing. Wrote customer service and 2 days later I get a response that the clubs are backordered and will be shipped in another week. I wrote back expressing my dissatisfaction that this is not what was listed on the web-site and that they sure didn't have a problem (or delay) in charging my credit card. Two days later they write again saying it's not their fault with not even an offer to reimburse me a few dollars for shipping. I'm still waiting until the end of this week to see if clubs are shipped. If not, I'm canceling order and telling my credit card company not to pay! I'm still not convinced that this company isn't a scam, despite the other reviews. I would definitely not recommend them or ever use them again!"

"I wanted to express my satisfaction with 3 Balls Golf. I have ordered several times from this company and ALWAYS been pleased with the service. This Christmas, I ordered a set of irons for my son. They needed to be lengthened, so we went to the local pro. After watching him swing for a while, he determined the irons we bought were not stiff enough for his swift swing. UGH! My son had already removed the plastic from the clubs. I was concerned that we would not get a full refund bc the plastic had been removed. I just received word that we are indeed getting a full refund (minus the return shipping charges - which I fully expected). 3 Balls continue to show how awesome you are with each transaction. "I recently purchased a set of used irons that were described as in "good" condition from 3balls.com. I ordered the clubs on a Saturday afternoon and received them on Monday. The clubs were in better condition than I expected. Very pleased. There was one club missing and I contacted the customer service agent using the live chat on their website. They didn't have the exact club that was missing so they offered me several options to choose from, all better than the club I was missing. I received my new club free of charge the next day with a cover and box of golf balls. The customer service agent was very nice and eager to help. I must say this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. It is rare that you get this kind of service especially when ordering something online. I intend to buy all of my future golf item from 3balls.com. Great prices, fast deliver and customer service that goes above and beyond. I don't recall ever taking the time to right a review of a company before but I was so blown away by my overall experience that I decided to stop and pay credit where credit is due. "

"terrible customer service..i was on a chat with one of the "Customer Service" reps over an issue I had with an item. I was simply sent a return label when i had not even asked for it. Then i was told that "I would hate to see you return the driver over something as INSIGNIFICANT as a headcover", and at the end of the conversation i was told that we were going around and around and that if i had no other questions he was going to end our chat....THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE....if you are reading this, you are better off going to the competitor...I WILL."
"I have nothing but trouble in trying get them to fully submit my shipping addres by adding my apt number, but after 5 purchases and days of wasted waiting at home for delivery, After the last incident and they dislike my less than their desire feedback that they decided instead of having their shipping staffs' short coming corrected to pay attention of address submission, they would rather not have my business. Thats no big deal to me as there are others that are excellent sellers such as Rockbottom and others. The person in their customer service Andy will run out of customers to ban."
