"The quality of the item was very so, so. I gave it an over all of 1 star not because of the people at 3gstore, but only because this adapter is junk and I'm very sorry I bought it.

I feel the adapter was very flimsy and it did not do a very good job at all at holding the SIM in place. Im very concerned that I may insert the SIM and adapter into my 4G device and the SIM may get stuck inside the device where I could not easily get it out again. I used the adapter one time and had a VERY hard time removing it from the device. So basically I feel I wasted my money and now Im on the lookout for another adapter.

This product is priced high for what it is. Everything I bought in the past from 3Gstore was of a very good quality. On the websight it did not look like much, but I thought if the 3Gstore was selling it, it had to be among the best available. But I was very wrong. Im hoping someone makes something better then this product because this adapter is not much at all and Im VERY surprised a place like the 3Gstore would even sell something like this. "

The 3G employee, Valarie, has been an absolute doll as she has spent hrs. on the phone trying to help with the set up. As of this point even CradlePoint has not solved the operation problem. At this point I may have to return the router as it will not work."
