"I am disappointed. As a repeat customer I assumed I would be taken care of. I ordered the Sleek 4g booster for my ATT elevate hotspot. The signal was improved but the performance suffered badly. When I called your Tech department all the gentleman said was "move your antenna outside." I was doing fine with it inside for sometime now and the performance was twice as good as when I connected the sleek. Now I have to pay a 20% restocking fee. This is after I was told while live chatting that if it did not work I had your "30 day return policy" to fall back on. No mention of the 20% restocking fee. I am afraid I will think twice before ordering from 3G Store again."
