They insisted on sending the item Fed Ex. This is a poor choice in our area as most Fed Ex drivers get lost and after a week or so turn the package over to our local post office to place in our postal box. Choosing Fed Ex actually adds a week or so to the delivery time. I am still waiting for my delivery and expect it to happen in my postal box in any day. In our area U.S. Mail is faster and more reliable. When customers request mail delivery, it is reasonable to do so.
