"Great experience until after my purchase. Spoke to a customer service representative on the phone for 2 hours to help me make a decision on the best modem/router combination for me. Purchased a Cradlepoint mbr-1400 and Verizon modem cap. Representative told me i could go with the 5gb monthly plan and upgrade later if i needed to. Receive the item and check my account the day Verizon sends me the password and I am over my limit. I called Verizon to upgrade my account and was told the modem i have is only compatible with the 5gb plan. Called 3gstore.com the next day to resolve the issue and was told the only option i had was to go to a verizon store and purchase a different modem at full retail. I am in the return period by 13 days and was told I can't return the device. Now i am stuck with a device that will not work for me because it does not offer a plan that suits my needs. Had i been given proper information from the beginning I would have went with a different modem. The fact that they were not willing to do anything to help will make me buy elsewhere next time and to spread the word of their terrible customer service post sale."

"Pre sales support and post sales support have been first class. I have only experienced this quality of American support with one other company, and that's Apple.

Custom documentation, solid products that work, and American support staff that are knowledgeable and DON'T read from a script.

"I am 71 and not very computer savvy and I was setting up a wireless router in my home. I had to call 3g store 2 times to do this and the first time I had my answer very quickly the man at the store was very professional and helpful then the second time we were on the phone for a very long time and this man is my hero of the week he was help,kind,and helpful. "I obtained from the 3GSTORE a CTR 35 router, a directional antenna, and cables to use with a Pantec UML-290 usb modem through Verizon as my internet source. I live in a rural area and have had satellite internet for several years with the usual problems of loss or decreased signal in bad weather.

I am not well educated in the technology involved with all this and the support staff at 3GSTORE were very helpful assisting me in setting up the router and determining that the original antenna I purchased was either defective or unsuitable in my location. Once a different antenna was installed, all worked very well and I am experiencing the best internet service I have ever had at home.

I chose the CTR 35 because it accepted the usb modem and also has an ethernet port to which I could connect and external panasonic network camera which I use as a home security device. However, when I attempted to conncet the camera, it did not function. A very knowledgeable and patient support staff member help me through the rocess of configuring the router so that the camera would work. I seriously doubt that many hours of attempts and research by me would have produced the positive result.

This company is one of the best, if not the best, for customer support that I have encountered. I heartily recommend them for purchases of wireless products and accessories.

"My understanding of technology is limited, I called 3g store and MATT told me what I needed to order to add internet to another building. I couldn't figure out how to make it work and DARIO went through it with me, step by step until he found the setup error that I made. He resolved it and now there is internet in my other building, I also now understand enough about it that I can upgrade or improve it without assistance. 3G store has excellent service BEFORE and AFTER the sale.

"HOLY COW THIS IS THE BEST STORE IN THE WORLD!
Bought a router, had an issue (no fault of theirs or the manufacturer, just an issue). Their Techs and Engineers worked the issue until it was solved. BLEW ME AWAY! Talk about amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE! HOLY COW!
If you want a Cradlepoint product, buy it from the 3GStore and you'll understand why there is no better place to get it from.

You won't get that kind of problem solving from ebay, amazon, bestbuy or others - this is grade A, one-of-a-kind awesomeness.

"I have been a 3Gstore.com customer for a couple of years, for good reason. They have ALWAYS shipped my order quickly, and are very responsive to questions before, during, and AFTER the sale. In fact, what I appreciate the most is the superb technical support I've received so far.

I purchased a Cradlepoint CTR35, and had difficulty getting it to connect as a wifi client on my home network. A quick call to Matt at 3Gstore.com, and I was up and running!
