The online descriptions of the product were helpful and the documentation received with the product, my CBA250 Broadband Adapter, were all I needed to install and configure. I received my Cradlepoint CBA250 about 3 days after ordering from 3GStore. The CBA250 enabled me to use my Verizon MiFi 2200 router (by Novatel) and my new Apple Time Capsule and all 3 devices are working beautifully together. "I've bought about half a dozen items from 3Gstore.com in the past few years. In every case the service has been fantastic, the technical support unbelievable, and their adaptability just remarkable.

In this marketplace of cell phones, 3G cards, antennas, amplifiers, and all that, there is a great deal of what feels to me like black magic. Most places that sell these things use the same jargon to describe the products, and in most cases it doesn't make any sense. I once spent an hour and a half on a website that sold outdoor antennas and mounts for them, trying to figure out what all the words meant and what I needed to buy. I did another search and found 3Gstore.com and it was instantly obvious what I needed to buy.

I often use cellular data products when I travel, and twice now I've run into obscure technical problems with 3G cards. I called the 3Gstore tech support line, and the people who answered the phone were unbelievably helpful. They figured out that to make it work I needed a certain adaptor cable. They managed to get it shipped out within half an hour after that mid-afternoon conversation, and the cable was in my hands before noon the next day.

The instructions that came with a Verizon 3G card said that I had to use a laptop to activate it before I put it into my portable router. My laptop didn't have the right kind of slot. I called 3Gstore.com tech support to see if there was anything I could do, and the technician was able to guide me through the process of activating the card without a laptop, using only the router. It was quite unbelievable.

I'm typing this review from a beach cottage that is many miles from the nearest cell tower. Using a router, antenna, and 3G card all bought from 3Gstore.com, I have a very reasonable connection to the internet while I listen to seagulls and foghorns and crashing surf.
