"An initial bad experience with a customer service agent that I encountered when I called to inquire why I received a non-USA model. When I called, the agent wasn’t polite and repeated himself like a robot. I sent an email to 42nd st photo to get some answers that I needed. I then received several emails and phone calls from Jonathan explaining to me why I received the International camera. He explained to me that since I was residing out of the USA, that out of courtesy they sent me the International version of the camera so I will be able to charge the battery on 220V. Jonathan was tenacious in making sure that at the end of the day I was a happy customer. At first I was disappointed with the level of service, but in the end a good service. The product was on time and well packed. I just wish that the service that I received in the end was as good at the beginning."
