"I placed the order for a digital photo frame from 47th Street Photo. The frame came in good condition with fast shipping -- no complaints here.

When I tried to return it, they send me an RMA number and told me to ship it back to them. I did, and they *received* it a week and a half ago. I've called 4 times so far, and each time I get a different person giving me a different reason as to why my return was not been processed/entered into the system yet (ranging from "if you have a tracking number, then it was delivered, but we did not enter it into the system yet" to "it takes 2-3 days for the refund process to go through" to "we had some problems in the warehouse and the person is not working on returns today" to "it 'should' happen by the end of this week", etc.).

No straight answers, just pointing fingers and passing the blame.

UPDATE: I called again 2 weeks after they received my package, the person on the phone said he processed it that day, and I should get the refund to my credit card in a few business days. They never send me an email to make the refund "official" and if I wouldn't have called, I would never have found out the status.

"Opteka Battery Pack Grip for my Nikon D3000. This grip fits very well and looks great. I noticed some people reviewed the same product and said it didn't fit well or looked cheap... I'm glad to say they are wrong. The only way it wouldn't fit well is if someone put it on wrong and there is no disputing it's quality looks and functionality. My order was shipped to me quickly and I couldn't be happier! This was my first experience with 47th St Photo and it won't be my last. Thanks 47th Street Photo!!!
