"I bought a very nice Opteka 15" digital picture frame. My remarks are about the user manual which you made thus fortunately making up for a manufacturer's void. The manual is very convenient, yet it does not specify technical data as essential as: the number of pictures that can be stored (less than 999) on top of the recommended file size; the recommended memory card capacity; how to download pictures directly from the computer to the memory card thorugh the frame itself; and it should underscore that the frame works better with a memory card. Your support agent was kind enough to make up for these lacks of information which generated a lot of frustration on my side when I tried to download 2111 pictures directly into the frame memory, and send a free memory card, so I thank you very much and strongly push for your modifying this welcome user manual."

"I ordered and was billed for 3 Opteka digital picture frames from the seller. The seller shipped a package containing 1 of the 3 frames. The other 2 frames were never shipped. Repeated emails regarding the mixup were ignored and voicemails left with the seller were not returned. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this company in the future."
