"I just opened the jar of coconut mana (that which held up my order because it was on back order) and it is like a jar of solid wax. I tried to loosen it by place in hot faucet water as suggested on the jar. It did nothing. I placed the jar in a pot of water on the stove for well over 20 minutes and it still will not achieve a spreadable consistency. The reason I waited so long to open this is because this is the weekend that I started my christmas baking. To think that this product held up my order and it is a lousy product upsets me. "

"I like the variety of products you offer for a good price. However, I have had issues with my shipment which have to be resolved. So I feel like your customer service needs much improvement before I continue to use your company. I've attempted to reach someone three times about a missing item from my shipment and have yet to receive an email or phone call from your customer service department. To me this is unacceptable customer service.

In regaurd to your response to my review, see below:
There were no emails from your company in my spam folder, I didnt receive 8 updates from you. Why would you need to send that many when there was no issue with receiving shipment. The problem is that I was missing an item, which is where the problem starts. I finally received a phone call from your company after leaving a bad review about your customer service. I was never told by your customer service rep that my item was on back order nor was it stated anywhere on my packing slip. Rather, cust service told me you never received my emails about a missing an item & that's why you hadn't fixed the problem (With each email I sent, I received notification from your computer system stating you received it & I should be getting a response in the next 24hrs from cust service dept- I guess this is part of the 8 updates that were sent? Which was not an actual attempt to fix the situation)
So, I'm still not sure why my item is missing. Perhaps it's on back order, as one person stated. Or, maybe a mistake in the shipping dept? No one seems to be able to give an answer because another person said you don't receive all your emails. Something that might help your cust service is a phone # to call to talk to someone if there's a problem instead of this email system. I would imagine that you'll be losing more than one customer over simple issues that could easily be fixed.
