"AWFUL customer service!! I was excited to find such good prices, HOWEVER I was shipped the WRONG product. I contacted them 3 times and have received no response besides emails saying they received my inquiry. I looked in my SPAM folder just in case it went there. NOPE!
I just want the product I ordered and paid for! I have almost come to the point of just keeping the wrong product and throwing it away and therefore throw my money in the trash and move on. I am very saddened that a company would think so little of a customer. I just want to resolve this, in my opinion, simple issue. Just send me the correct product. I ordered the Dermae Ester-C serum and they sent me DMAE-Alpha Lipoic C-Ester Creme. NOT the same thing at all. I understand these things happen but sheesh, contact me so you can get the right product to me. I don't plan on hearing from them unfortunately, but want others to know what kind of service they have before ordering. FRUSTRATING :( They have lost a customer.

3 weeks later I received an email from 4AllVitamins saying it was damaged in shipment and another order was being sent, I had to send 3 emails to get information on what was happenning and to get the re-order correct or the wrong ammount would have been re-shipped, I am not satisfied with the service."

"This company is horrible! I ordered my product on 12/26/2011 and paid for it to be a rush shipment, and I didn't receive it until 01/05/2012! I was told by CS on 01/02/2012 that they were out of inventory with this product and had to wait until they repurchased it. Okay, well why was I NOT told that on 12/26/2011 instead of waiting a week later??? I was also told by CS that they hoped I would allow them to make this up to me, so I told them free product would be nice, but I doubt I will ever order from this company again! "This was my first order from 4AllVitamins. Everything went smooth without a problem. The products weren't in stock at first but became available within 4 days. Standard shipping was a bit slow (maybe the slowest of all my internet purchases) but not too bad when taking into account cost and weight (and given it was christmas season). I have also found similar prices (sometimes cheaper) in local stores but not all had the entire collection of items i wanted in one place. So, all in all I am satisfied."
