"My experience with 4AllVitamins was highly unpleasant. This was my first and last attempt to order from their website. Initially, I had seen online that the company had offered a promotional discount if you became a fan on Facebook. I did not see the details of the promotion, and so I e-mailed customer service to ask about it. On Tuesday, July 12, 2011, I was told by customer service that the discount would be applied by customer service subsequent to placing my order.

I initially placed my order on Wednesday, July 13, 2011. At that time, the website indicated that my order was expected to ship by Monday. The first issue I encountered was that my promotional discount was never applied. I e-mailed customer service and was promptly told that the promotion had ended weeks ago. When I pointed out that I had been told that the promotion was active the day before I placed my order I was ignored and my polite inquiry was never dignified with a response.

The next problem arose when I was promptly charged for my order, but it took an unreasonable length of time to ship. The website would, at any given time, indicate that my products would be in stock and ready for shipment within 1-3 business days. However, my order did not ship until August 5, 2011.

Finally, I happened to notice (though it was not highlighted) that my order had been unilaterally changed by 4AllVitamins. For some reason, only part of my order was shipped. Apparently I was refunded for the portion of my order that did not ship. The truly confusing part of this is that I had ordered three containers of brown rice protein and one was shipped, indicating that some stock was available. In effect, this means that I need to pay for shipping a second time if I desire to complete the order I made nearly a month ago. Which I do not. I will NEVER shop with this company again. Caveat emptor!"
