"Found this store on GoogleShopping results while searching for my favorite henna hair color. The free shipping offer was good, but the package took ONE MONTH to reach me in California - which was kinda disappointing. No updates were given freely. I actually had to email company to find out why my order was taking so long and ask they send it to me before I moved to a new address. The package arrived after my move on May 7th, which means I had to make a special trip back to the mountains (2hrs away) to get this package on the 13th. I also did not like the styra-foam packing peanuts used in shipment, as they are extremely hard to deal with (static electricity, hard to control, recycling). All products were in good condition and exactly what I wanted. "

"The product was fine but I was mislead. I was told the product was IN-STOCK but once I paid for it, I was emailed a notice that said it was no longer available and I had to wait until they got their shipment! I would have ordered it from somewhere else if I had known this. The vitamins were for an emergency. I feel they did the Bait-and-Switch just to get my cash. I will NEVER order from them again. I hope this helps other people who review this."

"While I appreciate the low prices (I've used them 3x), the customer service was horrible. I had a few questions about my order. There is no way to contact them directly via phone so I selected the "call me" button on their customer service page. They emailed me back 2 days later and still didn't answer my question. When I emailed them asking them to please call me they never responded. Due to their non-responsiveness, I won't be ordering from them again."
