"I ordered a product for my medical practice. I was grilled to find a complete unit, the light I needed and the charger. When the item arrived the package just included the light. No charger. I returned to the website to make sure I wasn’t mistaken in expecting the whole set, and I was not. The description clearly states that all items were included. I emailed customer service asking about the description and was meant with a “Sorry about your bad luck. Our website is clearly wrong”. There was no customer service to help remedy the situation. The Ozone smell can be smelled throughout the whole house and after the machine is done the mask still smells like Ozone...ugh

Have some concerns. On the Dream station the adapter is not white like he machine, but gray. it would be nice if it matched the color of the machine.

Also, the hose that connects the adapter in my situation is on the front. Would have been nice for it to be able to be placed on other side so out of sight instead of sticking out in front..
