"I was doing a bulk order for an organization I am involved with, and I ran into multiple discrepancies with the site ordering. The price I was initially seeing for the items ended up being lower than the price when I submitted the order a week or so later (after I collected money from colleagues), and the photos of the items did not match the items I ordered. (I ordered stethoscopes of various colors, and all of the teal ones I thought I ordered came in white because the photo with that item number was teal.) I tried reaching out to customer service to ask some questions before I placed my order by a few days but I never heard back from them via Chat or email. Needless to say, I will be taking my organization's funds elsewhere, even it is a few dollars more."

"EXTREMELY fast shipping. Awesome product. I really only bought this particular product though because it said on the site that it comes with a solid and a clear cover but when it arrived i only received the clear one when i actually "needed" the solid one. The site has since changed it to accurately state it only has the clear cover now, so thats good for future purchasers. Customer service was very quick to respond to my email but unfortunately could no longer provide a solid cover. I have now bought some thin black paper now to tape inside the cover so you cant see thru it and it seems like it will work (hopefully wont jam) but the device itself is REALLY GREAT. The 3 alarms are loud, and can even have on an "inaudible chime" to where the device turns at the specified time set but no alarm chimes off (dont want to wake anyone else in the room). Really a great product, and especially for the cost. So i give this product an "unofficial 5 stars" and feel bad now for only scoring it 4 stars, but it was falsely advertised to me that it would come with the solid cover, so........."
