4wd.com website seemed like it would represent a professional company. Had the parts I needed and placed an order for a front and rear bumper for my TJ Jeep. After placing the order, decided I wanted to change the order and upgrade the rear bumper. I called through and spoke with the individual no problem. He updated the order and charged my credit card the extra $200 difference immediately (thought it was weird he didn't have to ask for any credit card information of any kind to add an additional charge, especially for that much). He indicated my order would ship the next day.
Here I am over a week later and my online order status says that it's still 'Processing'.
I've called multiple times and been stuck in phone queue hell for 30+ minutes each time with no answer. Called to the sales line where I had luck speaking with someone, told them I needed to check on my order status as to what was going on. He quickly said, yeah, let me transfer you. Back to phone queue indefinite holding again.

I sent an email response to my order confirmation and to the customer service department. I got an automated response that a ticket was created and a link to view my 'ticket'.

No one will respond, no will will give me any info.
