"For the past few days I have tried to get into contact with your customer service team to no avail. I reached out about a 10% off code that was taken off my cart through the talk to a representative on the site and didn't see anything. So I reached out over phone and was on hold for almost an hour. I sent another email because the second 5% percent off code I was given via email didn't work. So now I ended up buying the parts i need with no code... I have no problem paying for them but I am disappointed in how at first I got no explanation why the original code was taken off but then from there the second code didn't even work. "

"I had an order ready to place but could not find a replacement ARB180210SP switch cover for the FRONT air locker(found the REAR-ARB180211SP no problem). I called the help line who transferred me to an ARB rep who gave me the correct Front cover number. When I put that number in the search box, it said that it could not be found. I gave up and placed my order anyway. How do I get the switch cover from 4WD???"

"Ordered about $500 in parts from 4WD.COM. Several parts never arrived. Very difficult to communicate with them; ridiculously long holds (hour +) when you call on the phone for help, and they only half responded once or twice to multiple emails and phone messages requesting shipment or refund. (They claimed the missing parts were either not in stock or discontinued, even though on the site it said "in stock, ships immediately.") Finally got refunded for one thing that didn't arrive, but never got a refund for two other parts that didn't arrive. They stopped responding to polite emails and phone msgs. I filed a complaint with BBB and have a friend who is a lawyer who is going to help me go after them. We'll see how it goes. I would never do business with them again."
"I received an E-mail giving me a 5 per cent gift code (GADJ1FPGSL) to use at checkout. When I entered the code, I received a message that the code did not apply.
Since I wanted the item, I ordered it anyway. Would sure like to have the code honored. "
