"Ordered a icon 158509 leaf spring pack with an extra add a leaf and ordered the bolts which were not included in the set. The leaf spring kit was not packaged came stretched and was shipped as is. I thought the extra add a leaf was installed into the leaf spring kit during shipping to save space because what was delivered was two leaf springs and the box of u bolts. They never shipped me the extra two add a leafs. It took me a while to get all the parts I needed for my project, these leaf springs being part of them, and when I went to get them installed, the mechanic told me there wasn’t an extra add a leaf in the kit. I called 4 wheel parts to ask if they can send me the add a leaf’s they for got to send me but because it had been past 30 days I couldn’t make a claim. Customer service had no concern or understanding, and said their high ups couldn’t do nothing about it. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. Now I’m 250 in the hole plus another installation to get the add a leafs done correctly. "
"This was the first time ordering and using their installation services. There was some initial miscommunication via the website and telephone, but when I dropped off my vehicle, they at least owned up to it.
Other than that, the initial quality of installation looks good and they warranty their work, so they assured if I find something wrong in the future due to their workmanship, they would fix it."

"Placed an order online, it said wait 3-5 days for the store manager to call you as we fulfill your order. My order was on April 29th by the 8th still no word and my status saying awaiting fulfillment, I requested the order to be canceled and refunded as I finally found the item another place.
I was told I had to wait to see if the manufacturer would let them cancel as it hadn’t shipped yet. Then I got another email that it shipped and couldn’t cancel. My reply was it wasn’t my fault they couldn’t ship in a timely matter.
I finally disputed with my CC company on the 15th of May, I see the order is cancelled but still no credit. ( CC did give me credit)

"Ordered a set of locking hubs for my truck. Went by the web site ,which states “fits your vehicle” ordered these, only to discover they won’t fit. Call the Orlando store on colonial ave to explain the situation - I was told,yes the web site says they fit, but they won’t , correct ones are just about $400. That doesn’t sit well with me - I made no mistakes, ordered a part that the site tells me fits, now that part won’t fit, the correct one is more than double the price.
Does that sound fair ? Sound like good buisness practice ? "
