"First off, excellent and VERY fast order response and shipping - order received in just a couple of days via FedEx. However, the box the item was in was deformed and punctured at one point. The tape securing the top of the box had been cut and the flaps were just laying together. That being said, the item was well protected on all four corners, and this probably prevented the item (radiator) from sustaining any damage. The item was exactly what was ordered. Have yet to install it but it looks to be the exact replacement that I needed for a 44 year old CJ-7. "

"Now that the refund has been processed I feel safe enough to write this. That alone should tell you something. The delivery was fast and "Diamond" from customer service was professional and helpful. That is where it ends! Ordered a replacement top for our Jeep. The website was really confusing for me and accidentally ordered the wrong part so had to go through the refund process. No customer support on the weekend so had to wait until Monday as I couldn't find how to do start anything online. Again, website is a nightmare. Called on my lunch and finally got speak to a person after 30 minutes on hold. Got the return started. Was told it would take up to 3 WEEKS to process the return (...and they weren't lying). They screwed up my email address so I never received the RMA info so I could send the part back. Keep in mind I had to give them my email address to even place the order so they had it right in front of them! Called again the next day. Waited again for over 20 minutes but this time talked to Diamond and she was great. She got me to the link to do the stuff online. Printed the RMA paper which said to tape the paperwork to the outside of the box. Instructions online said to place it inside the box. Which is it???? I did both to cover all bases. Returned it and waited. After a week and half I called to check on it. Called the same number as before and again waited 30 minutes. Some rude guy answered and said I had called the wrong number and he would transfer me. CLICK!! Now I'm calling back. I wait another 20 minutes and get a different rude guy who tells me that the customer service folks just left 3 minutes ago. NOT HAPPY! Called again the next day and another 30 minutes later I get a hold of another "not nice person" who basically told me to **** it up and wait. After more than three weeks we finally got our money back. At one point my wife called to follow-up and she talked to a person in one of their stores. He was also great. My overall experience was worse than HORRIBLE! Ordered the right part from another business and ZERO issues. Blacklisted 4WP and would never do business with them again. I do wonder why everytime I called there was more than a 20 minute wait. Was it because they hoped you'd drop off and leave them alone or possibly they really do have that many customer service issues. Funny because I got right through when I had a question about placing an order. 100% unmitigated disaster!"

"Well I ordered what I thought was a set of power running boards, but made the mistake of ordering the harness for the running boards, right away sent a email to cancel or to order the correct boards , received a email the next day to contact the right person to cancel , called right away and talked to this guy and he stated he sent a message to the right person to cancel the shipment , then the next day received an email with tracking info, Not to happy with my experience at all, I still want to order the running boards , but now will probably have to pay to ship back the wrong thing, that I canceled, I have left my number and name 3 times and never heard anything
