"All levels of service are very poor at best.I didn't use this company in the past because when I needed a quote, it was near impossible to get one. Chelsea Stratidis had an indifferent attitude and she was rude on the phone. This company was the only one I could find offering the fast turn time I needed, so reluctantly I used them. Next time I will turn down the job rather than use 4AllPromos. It's better to lose one job, than lose a client over stupid mistakes made by 4AllPromos. Unfortunately, Chelsea Stratidis attitude didn't get any better with time. She was still indifferent, still rude, unwilling to help me find out if my job would ship or arrive on time, or even if the art dept got my art. I called because I needed help, but my call was futile. Chelsea did nothing more than the website did for me. She told me supervisors don't have phones and don't talk to customers. That's unheard of!!! It's hard to get anybody on the phone. They keep odd and inconvenient hours of business, so it's near impossible to get anyone on the phone. The people answering the phone will not answer even a simple question. They force you to talk to your assigned "customer service person". That meant Chelsea again and she wasn't in! So I had to wait for her to get in! You cant get a shipping quote unless you sign up for a user account online. They forced me to spend precious time signing up online before I could see my rush quote. I ordered blue boxes of crayons but received red boxes of crayons. It was too late to reprint for my event in 3 days. Might seem insignificant to you, but we are required by legal contract to comply with the branding standards of the health system this promo item was produced for. Red boxes are not compliant. Shelby Swain was helpful and apologetic. She was the only person in this company that even seemed human. It seemed like Shelby could only do or say what management told her to. She said a supervisor would give a measly $50 discount on this order or a future order which was ridiculous. I agreed to take it since that was all being offered. Shelby emailed back saying the supervisor will give a 50% discount on this job. That's a reasonable and adequate offer considering my very first job with this company was a miserable failure at all levels. The only thing they got right was the imprint image and color. I will never order anything from this company again. I will never recommend this company to a colleague. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 21 yrs of selling promo products. Customer service is where it's at today and it's definitely not at 4AllPromos. "
"My experience with 4AllPromos.com has been a living hell since the first day that we ordered 250 custom mugs to give out to our clients as a Holiday thank you for their business. The initial order was placed on November 2nd 2015. We at first weren't happy with the product quality that we received (to no fault of theirs). So we tried reaching out to the company. This is when things started to fall apart!! Kim Robinson, was our contact at all 4 promos and after days of waiting to hear back from someone on their end, she finally did. She gave us some options as to how we can move forward, and then told us to reach out to her the next week with a decision on what we would like to do. We reached out early that next week and didn't get an E-mail response for 4 days. So i called 4AllPromos.com and they informed me that Kim was on vacation and that her replacement was behind and probably "in the weeds". The person on the phone literally said that she was in the weeds. So we reached out to her back up and after a couple more days of no response she finally replied with saying that she was aware of our situation and that we should wait until Kim gets back from vacation because she will be better suited to deal with our replacement order. So after waiting for Kim to get back she gave us some options and we were happy with the options she gave so we chose accordingly. She said that if we returned the product we weren't happy with that she would deduct the shipping cost from the next order, that was a straight up lie and she denied every agreeing to do that in the first place. But! we continued on because at this point we just wanted these mugs to give to our clients. So we chose a replacement product and asked to be sent a sample to insure its integrity. So she did. And we loved it, so we tried to place an order with her, and that is when she informed us that they were out of that product and that we would need to choose another. So we chose yet another and placed the order after she insured us that it would only take 24 hours to produce and they would ship the day after. Literally a WEEK AFTER placing that order we get order confirmation. Then we got an email from kim saying that they would arrive the following Wednesday the 16, that was yesterday. After no mugs i email her in disappointment, and she simply gives me the ups tracking code and tells me that they will arrive today, December 17th!! After tracking the package i notice that she has sent the mugs to a different address than the initial order. So here we are today, waiting for a package that wont come, and instead will be sent to the business owners home address and left out in the rain to get drenched until she gets home at 9pm tonight after work. And we will be giving out our holiday mugs until February.
The icing on the cake was when after really trying to work with Kim, and just get the order done, ignoring all of the missteps on their part, i finally had to email her my dissatisfaction today with the whole process and she sent back an email denying fault on her and their part every step of the way. Kim Robinson. You should not be doing what you do, it was an almost insurmountable inconvenience working with you as you tried to represent your employer, 4AllPromos.com"
