"The whole process was a nightmare.
Firstly, when I placed the order, I was told I should get it in time, no worries. Then, when I submitted my materials, surprisingly the whole team went on vacation, without any notice. The whole day was lost!
They came back the next day and told me I will have to place a rush order and pay $600 extra to get the products in time (On the day of the event). I reluctantly agreed but told the sales rep Kim that she should let UPS know that no one will be at the office and to leave the boxes outside. She left no such comment to UPS and they took the packages back instead.
I called the customer service 4 times and they kept saying that my sales rep Kim would be the only one who can change the request for me to be bale to pickup from nearby location. Anyhow, I kept calling and got no response from her and by day end, she sent me an email "I let them know". Thats it. Nothing else. No information. I got the products 4 days after with expedited shipping charges of $600 that I couldn't even use the materials.
Horrible customer service. After spending thousands of dollars on this website, the service we get is horrible. Please don't buy from here. All vendors use the same printing companies and this one is the WORST at customer service. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their work."
"Ordered 3 different items on 2 orders. We received the first order in a timely manner. The 2nd order only one of the items was sent. Repeated calls and emails. Got me no where. I also called all day 4/7 and all morning 4/10 the date I needed the rest of the order by and I swear they blocked my incoming number as no one ever answered. Kim our rep - useless - was never available and emailed once I sent a nasty email to her. I do not recommend this company at all.

I would avoid this company like the plague.
They sent my order to the wrong address and then refused to do anything about it. Once I called UPS and had the shipment pulled from the truck, they tried to tell me first, that was impossible to do even with their super privileged "business account." Then once I did it they said that UPS was going to charge them for that and they would be charging my card on file for reimbursement.
I was also going to mention my rep Cindy Sumner is the most useless rep I've ever dealt with of any customer service department, but then she was followed up by her manager, Karen Hartt, who put Cindy's incompetence to shame.
Then, once I FINALLY get my hands on my product, I find out it's cheap garbage that I wouldn't want my brand or logo on. We threw the $1,500 order in the trash and said good riddance to this company.
Hands down one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with."
"Well to start of it is almost impossible to get ahold of sales or customer service and it seem like it forever to get the art work back.. then they even screwed that up and offered to either replace mugs or reimburse us 40% of the cost so the company decided to take the 40% . I cant speak for anyone else but when ut come to customer service, you guys absolutely ****! I purchased fans and glasses from this place, everything was going smooth until the sending of my package, the address on the packages were wrong so i called the business to fix the error, no change done once so ever, my packages were still out younder somewhere becauae it didnt have a actual address to ship to, i called for 3 days in a row seeking urgent assistance which i kept being told by different staff members that the issue was marked and dicumented and sent to my customer service representative Lindsey who was suppose to make the change, when day 3 came, i finally got ahold of lindsey on a call and she informed me because my packages were not going to be sent out on time when i needed them that i would recieve a refund on the fans since they were for an event and were no good after. When i finally recieve my package it was 4 days later after the date, i emailed and called but no answer, i finally called for the 100th times no exaggeration once so ever i kept calling over and over that week and finally got someone any they told me they would let Lindsey know of the issue, lindsey then emails me a few moments later letting me know that she could not refund me my money for the fans since my fans came in, but she can give me a 30% off discount for my next order!?? The issue is she never once apologized on her mistake, or for telling me something but not holding her responsibility to the customer to fix the issue, Which is not what she told me on the phone!
The whole point of me writing this is why have a customer service rep tell a paying customer that they will get a refund but then turn around and change their mind, and keeping their word, that is absurd! I asked for speak to a manager and no one has contacted me yet since 2 weeks ago. Just ridiculous and ill never shop here again they dont have to worry about that.

I sent a message on live chat, and accidentally transposed the last two digits of my order number. First of all, I know the notepads I ordered come from the Koozie Group (formerly Bic Graphic), but since the company I work for bought out an existing company, we need to reset all of our accounts and I didn't have the time to wait for all of that to happen- otherwise I'd have gotten them directly from Koozie for cheaper.
Anyway, Kara starts flying off responses that have nothing to do with my order, and once she started saying that, I realized I transposed the last 2 digits and provided the correct order number. She doesn't even bother to look at that, but instead tells me I can check my order status online. Yeah, that's fine and all, but doesn't answer my question of which facility is it shipping from, because the Koozie Group has two locations. I need to know which facility to determine transit time. So when I tell her that the information is wrong thinking she'd see that I provided the correct order number, she actually has the nerve to copy and paste my initial comment. So what did I do? Copied and pasted the comment where I corrected myself. What did she do once she realized she was wrong? She disconnected the chat... When I reconnected thinking I'd get someone else, I got this idiot again. She disconnected. I reconnected and got her again... I guess she's the only person that does live chat. She said she's not going to help me because I am being rude. She disconnected again, and blocked my email address from seeing the chat option. I guess pointing out that I gave her the corrected order number and she didn't notice is her version of me being rude. LOL
If anyone is interested in getting promo 10% or more below list price, contact me. I'm in this industry and can tell you where every single one of their items come from that if you can't go direct, a $50 LLC can give you access to all of these brands direct at a 40% discount or more."
"wanted a wonderful gift for our customers, ordered 250 biz card calendars and they're all CROOKED. It's minor but it looks very unprofessional! I don't know how to load pictures here but now I have to pull out 250 double staples and try to restaple in SAME holes! Not happy!"
"This was handsdown one of the WORST experiences I have ever experienced with a company. I ordered mugs for my boss to give out to customers and after paying over $500, we received chipped, incorrectly printed, discolored mugs. After over 6 days trying to get this issue resolved, over 7 phone calls with no answer, daily emails trying to get in contact with someone with absolutely NO RESPONSE. We are still waiting to see what could be done. Horrible experience."

I ordered 2 items on the forallgifts.com website on Saturday May 2nd and paid $14.78 for UPS shipping for the items to be received BY Mothers Day (May 10th). On Wednesday May 6th a rep called me stating one of the items was out of stock that I would receive a refund, but the other item would be shipped and received BY Mothers Day. Friday May 8th comes - still no item. I call and the Rep tells me Production was completed for the day and my item still wasn't shipped, now I am no longer receiving either item by Mothers Day as I paid for in shipping, and was told. The Rep (ERIN) told me I would receive a FULL refund for BOTH items and they would still ship me the item that was promised by Mothers Day that I didn't receive. I asked ERIN when I would receive this item and she said Tuesday May 12th, today is Tuesday May 12th and the item was just shipped this morning
Today (Tuesday May 12th) I receive a refund for only ONE of the items, and I don't even get a refund for the rush shipping that I paid for, I dont get a refund for the other item that ERIN promised, and I am still apparently paying for 2 day UPS shipping when I still haven't received either item and it has been TEN DAYS since my order was placed. Let me also add that the company ships from the same state that I live in, not that this is going far or anything.
Order #G745613....I would stay SO SO far away from this company, there lies, there poor customer service and give other companies your business. This is a joke, my refund was supposed to be $51.14 and I received $19.10 refund, the total for ONE of the items. Completely unacceptable!!!

"I placed an order on 11/19/18 and it was supposed to be done in 15 days. Contacted my rep Shelby back on 12/10/18, who stated that the order did not get done but I now had an expected delivery date of 01/01/19. It is now 01/11/19 and nothing was received. Contacted Shelby again, but no response or answer. Used the chat live and spoke with Chelsea, who stated that Shelby did ask for the order to be made on 12/10/18 but it didn't look like it was completed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I just wasted 325.00 and 2 months and still have nothing to show for it."
