"Tracking sad it was delivered but never got item totally a con do not buy stay away told pay pal and they didn’t do nothing "
"Dell d630 expansion bay battery - new compatible shown as available on website. Ordered, took weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, what turned up was a used 10 year old genuine Dell battery. Which already said that it was reaching end of its life when checked in the bios. Sent email - no answer.
Battery didn't last, has now died and whilst within the 18 month warranty, they won't reply to allow return of it.
Avoid at all costs!"
"AVOID THESE DODGy LOT....!!"
"Product supplied not meeting advertised application.
Dell XPS L502X laptop battery would not function. Seller supplied second battery and it also would not function. Both batteries were almost flat when received and would not receive charge from PC power supply.
Seller requested return and purchase price eventually refunded after seeking support from PayPal.
Seller purports to be situated in Australia, UK and USA but batteries were shipped from Beijing China.
Do not use this seller.

"Do not buy anything from this company.
I purchased a replacement laptop battery in November 2016 and paid extra for a 3 year warranty. The battery failed 2 months ago and I have been trying to get a replacement ever since.
The 'chat line' doesn't work and I have written numerous emails without getting a reply. Pay Pal will not help as I paid by credit card through the Pay Pal site. The credit card company will not help as they only cover you for 120 days.
Do not touch them with a barge pole!"
"I ordered an adapter for my computer. When I received it, I realized that I ordered the wrong type. I contacted the company via email, and asked to return. They were so difficult, wanting me to take photos of my original adapter, my computer, and the one they sent me. They then wanted me to purchase another one which they would give me at a discounted price. I asked for a return label and they said just ship back to them. After waiting a month I contacted them again for a refund and they asked for the tracking number and where I returned it to! Luckily I had all this info, then finally I received my refund of the adapter."
"I should have check the review before I placed an order a week ago on 19 Aug 18. I ordered a genuine Nokia BP-6MT battery and paid over $23 (including postage) and was delivered a replacement brandless battery BP-5M which does not even fit into the battery slot of my phone. Also, the battery was delivered in an envelope physically torn, and re-sealed with sticky tape, with no company name, no invoice, no notes. It does not look like a genuine delivery at all. I could have paid less than $8 to get a BP-5M with free delivery.
Worse still, when contact the contact email address, the person replied did not acknowledge the broken state of the package, and the wrong item shipped (I did not agree to accept the replacement battery); I only wanted a premium and genuine battery as shown in the photo when I ordered it. Also, he or she didn't even want to state his/her name (brand-less product and nameless contact person); totally no customer service. Even though there is a 30day money back guarantee, "they" (or he or she??) did not offer a refund. Another wrong declaration!
While BP-5M may be the replacement battery of BP-6MT, this battery that I received has no brand at all, and the connection is out of place and I can't even put the battery in.
What a shock experience, especially with all the certifications posted on the website! If those certifications are fake as well, I think 800PC.com, in my case the payment was paid to LiHua Li, is subjected to commercial crime investigation.
Consumer be aware! Never order anything from 800PC!"
"Bought a laptop charger which stopped working after a few weeks.
Contact them by email to be told returns dept would be in touch. Despite a reminder I have had no reply.
Luckily it was a low value item. I WOULDN'T TRUST 800PC.COM AGAIN! "
"I ordered a laptop battery which came promptly (I think from China)...however, battery does not charge so it's useless...I sent email to company who wanted photos of front, back, connection point of old and new batteries, which I sent, along with laptop specs...they're willing to send replacement battery once I have paid ANOTHER postage and handling charge...it's only £7 but why should I pay postage AGAIN for their defective merchandise? I am now investigating how I get a refund from PayPal..."
"Bought a replacement mobile phone battery from what I thought was their UK store. Assumed it was a reputable company as it offered Paypal as one of the payment methods. Delivery was quoted as 2-4 days but I didn't receive anything until opening a dispute with Paypal. 17 days from ordering I received a completely different battery which didn't fit my phone and looked used. When I escalated my claim with Paypal I received instructions to return the item to CHINA! even though it was posted in the UK and came via Royal Mail. Apparently China is the registered address and the goods are only dispatched from the UK. After phoning Paypal to complain 1. at the cost of postage (£14 tracked) 2. why it had to be returned to China & 3. Why they were involved with such a dodgy company, I was offered money to cover the cost of postage and told China was the registered company address. (No answer to question 3) In the end I couldn't send it back as batteries are restricted item for air mail so Paypal refunded my original payment in full. Would definitely not recommend this company - buyer beware!"
"Ordered a battery for an older notebook. After I made payment, was notified it was deposited to a personal Paypal account. Unusual. Then then there was the prize for taking the suckers survey. Another flag. Went to reviews. Horrible. Guess I stepped in it. Next day went to order status. Shipped. No email or tracking. Oh boy. Received the item four days after ordering. Is a little different from original, but fits perfectly and is operational. Whew"
"Just read all the negative reviews below.... it's all you need. Do not waste your time with this supposed store. Shonky, shonky, shonky."
"Found these guys for a cheaper battery to refurb and old macbook. Should have investigated more. Awful manufacturing, battery didn't provide output and kept switching off the macbook. Looked really really cheap and didn't fit as snug as it should. Requested refund, and requested RMA number, radio silence. Have escalated through Paypal now. If you are looking at a cheap battery, use Amazon and via prime. Much better recourse should something go wrong.
Avoid at all costs."
"Bought a laptop battery on 27/11 which was advertised to work for 4-6 hours. Asked when it'd arrive and told them I needed to send the battery out in my laptop by the next wednesday for a relative. Arrived in good time but it worked for 100 minutes and evidently was not new. I asked for a replacement which would last at least 3 hours. They sent another. Same issue. So I asked for a refund. (Each reply took 2-3 days and I had to tell my stepdad 3 times that I had to delay sending the battery.) Battery draining 1% a minute with only chrome open and not being used.
They replied that they would send me yet another replacement which was "guaranteed to work" because it was from a "new batch".
Wow, what a coincidence that they suddenly have a new batch of knock off batteries from a model released 7 years ago and have always had '100+ in stock'
Amazing!!!! Almost like they were lying or something?
Anyway, the '''''new and guaranteed to work''''' second replacement
Was worse than the previous two! Wow! By this point I was 2 weeks late sending the laptop to my stepdad. The third battery drained 3% per minute without me opening any programs. I emailed them last week telling them to issue a refund and not to offer another replacement and that I needed it sorted before I left town the next Monday (yesterday). They reply on the same day asking for my laptop model number, the battery model number, and some other pointless info at this stage.
They also told me to drain the battery and charge it THREE TIMES for 12+ HOURS to, and I quote 'activate the battery'. It was so ridiculous I found it hilarious, apparently to activate a lithium battery you're supposed to overcharge it by 11 hours, three times.
I told them it'd already been charged and drained and gave them all their info.
Silence on their end for 5 days.
And as if by magic at 3am the morning after I said I'd left town:
"Please send us the battery for a replacement. Please write RMA-(a 12 digit code), send pictures of the battery, the packaging, and a tracking number.
If I couldn't send this from work it'd cost me £4.40.
They're also offering me another replacement, it feels like they're stalling to get to 30 days to say 'sorry, you're out of your 30 day guarantee'
It's now 19/ 12 and looking like it's not going to be resolved until January at least, if ever.
Awkward as all hell to communicate with and an all round dodgy company. Avoid, get the batteries from eBay that are £15 less and will work the same."
"I bought a mobile phone battery after being seduced by their online add telling me how good they are. Battery arrived was faulty from brand new. They sent me another battery and it did exactly the same thing! Contacted their faceless "returns dept" again and waited weeks and weeks to receive a third battery which finally arrived in a $1 envelope despite them charging as initial $10 postage fee! After about 3 months of use stand by time dropped away severely and gets very hot when charging. 2 months later ive attempted to contact their Faceless "returns dept" demanding to talk to someone with no reply to date. So far 4 emails with one contact saying "order number please". That is it, no more contact from these ****. Their web sight states "100% customer satisfaction is always guaranteed at 800PC.com." is the biggest farce ever. Just to put icing on the cake they have a fake address on their web page which I tried to use to contact them. Hollinsworth Rd Marsden Park NSW 2765 Australia has nothing to do with them despite being on their website!!! I spoke to the sales and leasing director from the Sydney business park and he had no knowledge of them at all!! AVOID THESE CROOKS LIKE THE PLAGUE. The lesson i learnt is pay more and purchase a genuine battery."
