"I purchased a "wide spread lav. faucet w/cross handles", mod. 2001-203-1F, New Oil Rubbed Bronze and paid by Paypal $256.00. When Lowe's came to install my bathroom fixtures which was a month or so later, this faucet set did not fit the holes in my sink. I attempted to send an email and to call this company to no avail. Nobody answered the phone and when I put in their email address all I got was a bunch of gobbeldy goop.

So, I packedged up the faucet and sent it back to the company with a letter asking them to please refund my money and explaining what happened. The faucet had never been used and was as good as the day I bought it.

I have never heard from this company nor have I received my money back. If I were you, and I even gave a remote thought to ordering anything from this company, I would run the other way! When you cannot reach a "so called" company by phone or email and they do not refund your money or even let you know anything about receiving their product back, I would think this is an underhanded, sly, cheap, devious, shifty, sneaky, needless to say, very dishonest company. (I know, I shouldn't hold back on what I think of them.)

They offer a 110% lowest price gaurantee to make you feel comfortable with ordering, but they make up excuses not to honor it. Like a website that sells to the retail public but has wholesale in its name so they justify it as a membership or club store! Save yourself the aggravation and order elsewhere because if their business practice is to not live up to their written policy - what else may they do underhanded?"
