"Usually use two other distributors but will use ABC since they shipped item next day of order. Sent me three emails over the 1 week time and then tracking. So I placed a bulk order and they let me know it would not arrive until late next week.
Simple to work with and seems to only do a few hundred orders each day, unlike many other distributors.

"It is a scam! Placed an order, never received any communication from them. They never answer the phone nor respond to email. I took 30 days but PayPal judged in my favorite and refunded my money . I wish that I had checked the reviews first! Lesson learned"
"I ordered $3200 worth of phones. They sent me an email about having to get the manufacturer to program the speed dial buttons. It was hard to communicate with them via email because they were brief with responses and didn't know the answers to my questions.
Fast Forward 1 week. I get a box in the mail with 10 items I didn't order. I called the supplier and they told me that a company sent them to me and gave me a number. I called and no body answered. I looked at the address and it was Ohio too. I concluded that this mysterious company was the same as ABC Conferencing. I emailed them and called them and not reply.
I'd rather pay more to not deal with these guys. Seemed like a scam or just a very dysfunctional company. "

"I was somewhat ambivalent about ordering from ABC Conferencing because of the amount of the negative feedback seen here. However, I am happy to report my order for five Channel Vision volume controls arrived, as advertised, brand new in manufacture packaging and shipped within a timely manner. The transaction required the exchange of emails which were replied to promptly and courteously.
I did my homework. ABC Conferencing had the absolute best price available and I will order from them again with confidence.

"Thought I'd share a fairly positive experience here. I ordered 5 MultiTech modems from them 9 days ago. They arrived yesterday, new and in good shape, unopened boxes, etc. I agree with assessments on their customer support - phone contact is literally impossible. Nor will they return a phone call. They did follow-up my email support request with an order status, and the product arrived a few days later. I am a stickler for good communications, and was a bit put off by the support. That being said, the price was good, the product is new and genuine, and I got it in a reasonable amount of time. YMMV."

They will send a email for more money after a purchase was made and blame it on the Manufacturer, while the price on their website said differently I have checked back at their website and have seen that the price and shipping price both went up after I placed my order. "I ordered a hearing impaired phone as a Christmas present. I paid extra to have expedited shipping in order to get it before Christmas. After a number of days, received an email that said it would be shipped from the warehouse. Still thinking I was ok, I sent numerous emails asking for an estimate of when it would be received. Nothing. Finally received an email a couple of days before Christmas stating it would not be shipping till early 2017. They would not change my shipping option. When I finally received it, it did not work properly, so decided to return it. I then found out about the $20 restocking fee. I did think about keeping it, but had no use for it. When I all was said and done, I got back about 50% of what I paid for the phone (paying for upgraded shipping, and return shipping). I was never able to get through on the phone, and emails that were sent were not very nice. The emails kept saying that if everything was not exactly as it was shipped, the refund would be denied, and sent back at my cost. If you know exactly what you need, and have not thought of returning an item, or do not have to deal with their customer (lack of) service, you may be ok. If there are any issues, consider yourself warned. "
"This firm failed to deliver some of the items ordered and the items it did fulfill were delayed significantly. Backorders happen, but the true nature of the complaint is the unprofessional manner in which this firm conducted itself. In all but one case, I had to follow-up aggressively with phone and e-mail to get status and estimated ship dates. Their inability to render an accurate estimate at the initial point of sale and subsequent failure to take ownership of their backorders and manage them proactively caused me to miss a project deadline waiting for the supplies to show up. Ultimately, the company was unable to fulfill the last item on my purchase order because a manufacturer cancelled the original SKU and issued an updated one with a higher price. The company was absolutely unwilling to absorb the cost difference as compensation to me for their delays and poor conduct. That unwillingness either indicates they do not value the customer's time and capital losses, or they are quite literally unable to finance what amounted to, in this case, an adjustment less than 10% of the gross purchase order. The fact that I paid in full at the beginning of the order process means they were effectively extended a small loan while I waited for over two months and did not receive my order. Even as I terminated the relationship, admittedly angry and frustrated, the tone of their messages indicated that they still believed they had done nothing wrong since they do not control the manufacturer's production capacity, entirely missing the point that they failed to actively manage both the backorder and the flow of information to the customer. I would characterize the attitude as a refusal to take responsibility for their own business process. Since they tend to place orders for direct ship from the actual manufacturers, and because I was never able to actually reach a person on the phone (only leave messages or communicate through short e-mails), my guess is that this business is extremely small, poorly trained, uncompetitive, and will ultimately exit the market."

"I purchased a large govt order and it took almost a week to arrive. I needed it in three days but it took five days including the weekend.
I got the confirmation email and then a processing email from their warehouse telling me it shipped.
Tracking email was given to me the next day and I replied to it for exact shipping day. They called UPS for me and said 3 days. It delivered Monday, and I wanted it by Friday.
Very happy with calling me and replying with me. Just would have liked shipment to be on time.
Will buy again but maybe go 2 Day shipping instead of ground."
